He had no idea what he was doing. After he finished, we had no hot/cold water. When I mentioned it, he got angry and left. Called American Standard and they thought I might need a new faucet. I called ABBCO and they were able to come day after the faucet arrived. I explained everything to Cody. He said, "I don't think you need a new faucet," and went to work. He discovered pieces of rubber in the line, removed water flow restrictors, bled the lines again and continued until water flow was like new. BUT, he didn't stop there. I asked about our toilet they had worked on before. He showed me how to fine tune the insides and what causes them to not operate properly. Then made sure the shut-off valve was working properly. Then he wanted to try and get a little more water pressure on the hot side and ended up bleeding a line going to the bathroom faucet. He got a lot of debris out of that faucet also. He did all of this in an hour. Cody was friendly, understanding, and told me he wasn't leaving until my faucet was working properly. Now I have an extra faucet in case we need it for parts in the future. I also have to give a shout-out to American Standard as my Saybrook faucet has a lifetime warranty so the replacement faucet was free. I wish I had called ABBCO originally. They charged a service call, then an hourly rate, and the job was done correctly.

We wanted to love them, based on their reviews…read more I've been using the same plumber for years, but they were recently bought out, so we tried this spot as I try to support local. The first time out they were phenomenal. They checked ALL my drains and cleared the issue for us so quick. Their prices are fair for the area. We had a cap stuck in the drain, but we hadn't had issues with it draining yet, so we left it at the time. We asked him to do a rough estimate for pricing to get it out just in case, and on his way he went. Turns out, when he was snaking the drains, he had actually wedged the cap further down to which it blocked the sewer line from the toilet and shower, and created a seal. This was our fault since we didn't mention it to him though. We tried a few times to get it out with an electric snake, but couldn't, so called these guys to come formally quote and cut the pipe for us. Then, ghosted. Called, emailed. Never heard back. I'm not sure if they just didn't want to deal with the cast iron (fair), but it would have been nice to have some communication. We unfortunately won't be calling them again. They're probably awesome for quick and easy house calls, but I don't think more in depth issues are worth their time. At least, that's what it feels like.
