Derek Ham out of Cape Girardeau, MO was our servicing agent and arrived within the in between scheduled. He was very knowledgeable and at no time did we feel pressured. He was able to direct us to the size generator and what the difference was between sizes. We also inquired about financing and he showed us several options to best suit us. He also showed valuable clips of what the company is about etc. after signing the contract we were scheduled for the installation of the generator two days after.
