He…read morewas noticed that while there's is still time for the roof life(15 y.o.) the insurance company is putting pressure to replace it.... Since agreed to the terms of the contract, workers came in very fast. they ripped the old shingle also fast, but didn't put huge tarp to handle the debris: they had small parts of tarps laying on the ground and throwing old shingles on them, I would say 80% hit the target. Of course bad wood was found, and a new charge came with it. Sales person was playing the game of forgetting what his manager just told him to charge, and that's the way I've got a huu-u-uge discount of $200 off the additional charge. During the replacement workers damaged the plants around the house, even though were SPECIFICALLY asked not to,siding and gutters that they were STEPPING on!!!!!!. After they left, the sales person was invited to see the"battle field": all grass and bushes around the house were full of sharp wooden chips, huge amounts of the old and new nails. Some of the shingles were nailed to the roof and not sealed. The junk from the driveway was removed by.... leafblowers. Bottom line: service -BAD, after showing sales person all the damage - not even a plant ( rose) was suggested to replace, even after they returned and I was helping them with my magnet I have found many leftover nails, the impose HEALTH THREAT to my kids, and others.

The quality windows had 30 years warranty. Arthur's competitive advantage is that he doesn't hire subcontractors and works on the projects with his crew. This approach allows his pricing to be very competitive and quality to be the at the highest standards. I highly recommend Triple 7 Exterior for your windows replacement projects!

DoneRite caused more problems than I had before they fixed my roof!. They replaced my flat roof and during the Feb snowfall, the new roof with new plywood leaked. With the the recent heavy rainsstorms, the same area in bedroom leaked. When they visited to back up their warranty they continue to say they found no seams issue that needed repair however, I went up to my roof and found it immediately!. This leaked was never there before they fully replaced my roof. DO NOT USE DONERITE!! The new roof was so badly patched together it was bound to have leaks again. Instead of using a solid piece of rubber they continuously applied mini patches and with adhesion issues. I to paid for mold and drywall repair and pay my tenant for damages! Also, like another reviewer said, when they installing my new roof, In the middle of the job they asked for thousands more for extra plywood. The price i paid I could have put done the more expensive roofing material EPDM than the thin rubber they put down with adhesion issues! DO NOT USE DONRITEROOFING!!!

He asked me for an additional $3,000 over what he originally quoted or he would walk away leaving my roof exposed. They were messy and did not respect my property. The workers wiped their dirty hands allover the sidings like they did not give a sh.t Eventually, after so many phone calls and texts they came repaired and cleaned some of the areas- I would not recommend these people to anyone. And DO NOT trust all these positive reviews you see. Most of them I bet you are fake.

I get an estimate over the phone and we schedule a time for them to scope things out, with it explicitly stated that they would start repairs that day (as long as there wasn't any work that needed additional materials). A man comes...and doesn't have any of the necessary materials. I'm a bit annoyed and then the man says he actually can't do the inspection at that time and we have to reschedule. Apparently, he got lost on his way over and he is very packed that day so he can't even start the inspection, let alone the repairs we discussed. When the man drove into our driveway, he almost hit the bushes so I asked him to be more careful when backing out. He told me to 'relax' and then proceeded to almost hit the bushes AGAIN and we had to guide him out. It's a wide, 2-car driveway so not sure why he had this issue. I called the office and the staff was very apologetic. I appreciate that they were trying to get a higher-up who could offer a discount, but based on this experience, I decided to go elsewhere for service. The price was fair and the staff was friendly so I'm disappointed it went this way.
