After dealing with repeated basement flooding from snowmelt, heavy rain, and even during times when there didn't seem to be any reason for water to be coming in, we finally learned that there was a high water table in our new home and this contributed to the situation. We hired Pro Dry to install French drains, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Most importantly, the results have been fantastic. Our basement is now dry, and we finally have peace of mind. If you're dealing with water issues, I highly recommend Pro Dry. Their workmanship, professionalism, cleanliness, and commitment to doing the job right are second to none. read more

With big storms, or when there was sustained rain for a few days continuously, my basement used to get water. Joe came promptly when we agreed to meet. He was thorough to investigate the problem and he proposed a solution (french drain + sump). He made a quote right there and then, and I found it reasonable and competitive. The team arrived on time. They were clean and worked very fast. After the work was done, 2 years later and a few storms after the fact, my basement is dry and I had no problem with the system (it works perfectly fine!). Joe and the team were very professional and they delivered on their commitment. I'm happy to recommend them! read more

I hired Pro-Dry, (owned by Joe D'Elia), to replace the bilco doors going down to my basement, as well as replace the foundation and back patio surrounding the bilco doors. The cost was over 15,000 dollars. This was in November/Dec 2024. Joe's team made several mistakes on the work, and I had to make several calls and texts to them to come back out and try to justify. The team had incorrectly pitched the water to my driveway, and I mentioned to them that it needed to be fixed, as the water would sit there and not drain down the driveway as it had before. They strongly disagreed with me and would not make updates. You can see the damage this has now caused in the photos I've attached. The bilco doors they installed were also showing openings /daylight. Water is still coming into the basement. There are already several cracks in the cement they installed around the doors. There are gaps as well. They regraded the lawn and installed really terrible looking drains that aren't even working. They did damage to my new garage doors (cement all over the new garage), dented siding on my house, got cement all over a carpeted porch and also left the site with unfinished work (including refusal to fix the poor job that was done on the patio). Unfortunately, the cold weather came, so the job was NOT finished and it was provided in writing that the work would be fixed once warm weather was here, however, after messages, I have still not heard from Joe. I have paid Joe all money, except $2,500. I guess that was my fault for trusting his word. As it is mentioned in another review, Joe really knows how to talk a great game and make you believe he's an honest hard working, trustful guy. He's not. read more

Pro Dry and Joe were excellent. They were responsive from the start, offered the best plan at the best price, and fixed the problem in one day when others proposed a lesser plan, higher cost, and a three-to-five-day timeline. The crew was clean, respectful, and the solution worked. I can't recommend them enough. They were absolutely outstanding. read more

ProDry is the Absolute best in the business!!!!!! Let me just say that the before picture is the mess that ProDry had to come out and fix! Another company came out and misrepresented their work. I was stressed and upset, but thank goodness I didn't give up and I was able to contract ProDry! Not only were they professional, and quick, they were very helpful, informative and knowledgeable about my issue and what they could offer! The cost was extremely economical and they were fast! I would personally like to thank Mr. Joe DeLia who came out to assess and provide me with the best solution! The work is warranted and Guaranteed and they offer several payment options! I'll be contacting ProDry for all of my plumbing needs moving forward! I 100 percent recommend that you do not hesitate to give them a call!!!! Thank you ProDry and Joe!!!!! read more

The owner Joseph talked a great game and sold me on the trustworthiness and quality of him and his company during the consult but really fell short afterwords. Long story short, this company isn't one you can rely on. If rolling the dice on a business who may end up ghosting you and/or giving you excuses once something is wrong is something you're willing to gamble on. By all means do so. If you care for the details: Joseph didn't end up coming to the sump pump install because he was on vacation but his crew did a decent job. I liked that they put up plastic sheeting in my cellar to contain the mess (something other companies who charged more weren't going to do). I noticed the week after the install (March 14th) that a joint between two of the pipes leaked and sent Joseph a video asking if he could swing by and fix that. It took a follow up text 4 days later to get the response "I will have to get you on service". An apology would have been great but whatever, at least they would get to it asap. When after a few days when I hadn't heard back on a date, I called and he told me he was with a customer and had to call me back; which he never did. After another follow up text he gets back to me on March 25th and says he was out of town again and would check his schedule and put me on the list "accordingly". Well apparently "accordingly" is Pro Dry code for go f yourself because it's now mid July and I've tried texting and calling a few times over the months and haven't had any responses. read more

I had an unexpected leak after moving in 2 days prior. I called several places and this one responded quickly. I definitely recommend this company. I had a urgent situation where I needed my basement waterproofed asap and Joe made it happen. He scheduled his guys to do the job within days and even moved up the date due to a storm coming at the end of the week. His guys came and did the job quickly and smoothly. I was very impressed with the timing it took. They installed a French Drain and pump and made it look effortlessly. Great Job Guys!! I would definitely use them again. read more

Cannot say enough great things about this company, from start to finish they were an absolute pleasure to work with. I had both finished and unfinished areas of my basement that had been flooding and needed a French Drain. Howie truly went above and beyond in all ways for me, from explaining what was needed, patiently answering all of my questions, working to give me the best and very fair price, and most importantly being honest, responsive, and truly so kind. His team headed by foreman Richard could not have been more hard working, professional and so neat! From carefully hanging the plastic walls, to taking the extra time to cut the studs and drywall so precisely and neatly in a way that made it so much easier and less costly now that I'm putting back my finished basement (which, they did not have to do, they could have done it a fast and sloppy way, not to mention many waterproofing companies do not even include or offer the demo work). And the trench they dug 30 feet in my (frozen!) backyard, they then even carefully replaced the grass on top. Their work was absolutely top notch, I do not even have one constructive criticism I could say if I had to. If you have any kind of water issue in your basement, save yourself the time of interviewing multiple companies like I did. I spent so much time researching and getting quotes from different companies, and then Howie was the last person that came over and, I will promise you, he and Pro Dry are the very best! read more
