I reached out to a few companies but I was most impressed with WLV response, which was immediate and the prices were very competitive. Pablo, the owner came over within a week and was very thorough with my Ring install. I was so happy that I hired him to install new Ring Floodlights and doorbells at two of my rentals. Amazing job! He used Cat 6 cables and for the new installs he ran the cables in the attic and the final result was very clean. I had all of my tvs at my house hardwired to my cox modem to free up the WiFi. Excellent and clean job. I kept adding to my initial small order because I was so happy with the results. I bought a new 55" tv for the guest bedroom which he installed and mounted. He hid all the wires without blemishing my wall. I then bought 6 hardwired continuous recording cameras which turned out great and the monitor which he mounted on the wall, per my request, looked great. Again, clean job and cable maintenance. We had a couple of minor issues with connections because I have so much going on at my house, but Pablo and his guys were right there to resolve the issue. Amazing customer service, prompt response, friendly and professional as always. I am very happy with Wired Low Voltage knowledge and expertise. I love my results and will be calling them should I need anything else in the future. I highly recommend them. Great guys!!!

I waited two days for a response. They only wanted to provide a quote based on the picture I…read moreprovided and were unwilling to visit the site for an estimate. For a tile project, shouldn't there be an onsite evaluation to assess the work required? Moreover, if you had visited my location, I could have discussed two additional tasks that would significantly increase the scope and cost of the project to your advantage. In response to the owner, I did provide descriptions for additional projects in the original request. I was concerned about potential damage to the tiles that could require significant repairs. I have expressly said that I was willing to pay a premium for proper handling of the situation. When I mentioned those concerns, other providers did express a lot more caution about the tile situation and they came out to make sure it could be done. I understand that there's an opportunity cost to come out in person but I expected a premium service provider to be able to do so. That's simply not materialized.

I procrastinated a little bit but then my husband met their consultant Andy and was impressed with their system and pricing. He requested Andy to come back the next day so I could talk to him too and he did. The price is locked for two years and it never goes up like the cable companies. I like how he explained the system to us and how he answered all my questions, he's pleasant to do business with. I was so convinced i had them come back the next day (that same day schedule was full) to re-activate the system and install a new control panel since the previous owner of our house had the push pad version (i'm a touch pad girl LoL) We are lucky that our house was built with the whole security wiring so all of our window and door sensors are not visible to the naked eye which is a huge plus. Eric the installer was amazing, he's very polite and he answered all our questions and he repeated the instructions when my husband finally decided to show up and join us LoL. I hope this system is as great as what the other Yelpers are claiming, i'm excited and right now happy that my growing family has a monitored alarm system in our home.

For any service requests, I have to first go through Central Security Group who then dispatches them to the security company. In 2016, I was burglarized and police suggested I install video cameras. I called Central Security Group. Alarm2000 installed the video cameras and upgraded my system, not All Secure. I was not told that a different company would be installing the new equipment and assumed that All Secure would service me. In May 2017, I had my home re-stuccoed which required the contractor to remove the outdoor security camera affixed to the back wall of my house in order for them to complete the work. They tried twice to remount the video camera, but the view was not good. Consequently, I called Central Security Group to file a request and was told that the security company would call me within two business days. After two days, I called back Central Security Group and was told that the service request was originally sent to All Secure and was later recalled because they were unavailable. They then sent my service request to Aztec Security. Alarm2000 (who installed the video camera) is no longer working with Central Security Group. I was asked to call Central Security Group back tomorrow to sort this out with Aztec Security. All Secure is located 0.50 miles from my house. Aztec Security is 21 miles away. When I originally purchased my system through All Secure, I reasonably expected that they would service my future security needs. I did not expect to be bounced around between security companies. Based on my experience, All Secure is invested in the initial sale and installment and not my long-term safety.
