I called them and they said I had a leak. I didn't have any leaks so he asked me about the toilet and that was the issue. I'm a first time homeowner and I didn't even realize that the toilet sound was like running water constantly out of a hose for example. I YouTubed how to stop the tank water from continuing to run and tightened the screw. A part needed to be replaced. I called this company and they immediately called me back. Johnny came out the next day and was able to fix my issue but of course since my house is from the 80's, he ran into another issue. After 2 hours, my problem has been resolved and I'm very grateful. Johnny was professional, kind, and informative. I would recommend this plumber in San Diego for your toilet repair needs.

"Rude and Unhelpful, Dishonest..."…read more we bought a brand new $500 dryer that did not work properly, FROM DAY ONE; it took 4 hours to dry a load of wash, 3 hours for a light load. half the functions did not work at all called rafael, who sold us, and the guy was utterly rude and unhelpful, and obviously does not know anything about the appliances he sells. he said, "i cannot help you, you have to call the manufacturer..." he sells stuff with zero store warranty. in the end, after 3 hours on the phone, my time, it turns out the problem was that Harbor sold us the wrong kind of vent tube, the "flexible" and we needed the semi rigid or rigid...simple fix. you would think the salesman would have known. as it is, whats equally stupid is there were no instructions about this in the badly written specs that came with the machine. it took 1.4 house on the phone with a very kind and patient tech women in the phillipines to figure it out. should be basic...and the sales man should also know, and sell us the correct piece. if he had not been so rude and unhelpful, and had made any effort at all ...but i agree with Nikoo K, that Raphael is a crook, a used car salesman type.
