I had a problem with a Samsung dishwasher draining partially leading to an error code and not completing the wash cycle. Mahal was available, professional, and easy to work with. He arrived on time, inspected the problem in detail and identified an issue with a small part connected to the motor. He walked me through the alternatives of ordering the part with coverage through a Samsung authorized dealer vs. ordering locally through Amazon or eBay. I chose the authorized option despite the cost being significantly higher, for peace of mind. Mahal confirmed the follow up appointment, did the installation efficiently and the machine has been working without and issues since then. Appreciate the service and recommend Repix for similar issues. read more

I highly reccommend Repix! In two visits Mahal fixed our washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher, and wine cooler. His pricing is fair. He was ontime and responsive to phone calls. I have a strong feeling that he can perform other repairs and services besides what he did initially for us. This company is GREAT! read more

Professional, Honest, and Great at Communication! Maha from Repix Appliance provided absolute 5-star service when he came out to give an estimate on the dishwasher and washing machine at my rental property. He arrived right on time, and he is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and great at communication throughout the entire process. For the washing machine, he diagnosed that it had failed due to overloading and clearly explained that because the unit was quite old, it would be too expensive to justify repairing. For the dishwasher, he let me know it was a high-end model worth saving and could be repaired for a very fair $342. I also really appreciated that his diagnostic fee was very reasonable and would have been fully applied toward the repair cost if we went that route. While we ultimately decided to take advantage of a multi-appliance promotion at Costco to replace both units, Maha's transparency and expertise saved us from wasting money on a bad repair. It is rare to find a technician this honest, skilled, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Maha and Repix Appliance, and will absolutely call them again for future appliance needs! read more

Upon enquiry he was prompt to respond and was able to come and diagnose the issue the same day - he did a thorough diagnosis. He was transparent with cost of replacement of faulty part and labor. On our request, he helped with the purchase of the part and came over and installed it the same day it was delivered. We appreciate the punctuality, clear communication, reasonable pricing and efficient repair work and would absolutely connect with him for future projects. read more

This company does excellent and timely work. My dryer was not drying clothes fully. The repairman analyzed the issue quickly. There were several issues and he showed me each of them. During the visit he fixed 2 of the 3 problems on the spot, and ordered the necessary part for the last issue. Once the part arrived, he quickly coordinated a return visit by text and made the final fix. The best part of the whole experience was his professional and pleasant attitude, combined with his honesty. I highly recommend! read more
