Contacted Knox based on reviews here. I have a Keurig in my GE refrigerator and it stopped working. Visit #1 - Feb 2 - paid $70 for visit. Two days later, it wasn't working again. Visit #2 - Feb 8 - paid $130 for more work. Didn't solve problem. Offered $60 if I didn't want to replace parts but gave me a quote of $809 for repays and parts. Feb 21 - I message to say please fix. Response is they need to order parts. Said ok - order them. March 8 - I followed up because in two weeks there was no response. March 15 - followed up and I was told they were preparing an estimate (they already had) - I said order parts April 10 - followed up again - asked of he ordered parts, he sends another estimate, same as before April 14 - I ask to please order parts Followed up on April 18, 21, 25, 30 June 10 Still no response. I have a Whirlpool washer that clearly had a control panel issue. When I called the dispatch person, he refused to give me a quote for a new control panel with installation for the model that I had. He said that they must diagnose the problem. Technician, who was a very nice gentleman, then spent 90 minutes to diagnose that it was a control panel issue. Kox wanted $700 parts and labor to replace. I then looked up the part online and it is $250 new. So I wasted $85 and 90 minutes. I should have done my research before calling, but the dispatcher said they have Whirlpool parts in stock and guarantee they can fix the issue. Main element of my Thermador microwave oven went nuts. I called KoxFix and Alex showed up promptly and identified the issue. Part had to be ordered, so he had to come back on the next day. Thermador does not make it any easy to service. I watched how much work was needed, you have to pull half way out the regular oven that lays below the microwave and then you can detach the microwave so as to reach for the side of it where the main element had to be replaced.
