They did a good job for us and identified the problem pretty quickly. They were meticulous and careful when disassembling and putting things back together again. Our service provider was named George and he did a great job. Be aware though that if you need a part, you might have to wait a few days which is the only downside I can think of. read more

I have very old (in appliance years) Maytag clothes washer. Called to have a noisy spin cycle evaluated. Took his time and gave a me a thorough diagnosis. The fix just in parts alone, would have been more than a new washer. We agreed I should tolerate the noise and use it until it fails. His professionalism and the time he spent checking the washer out, well worth the diagnostic charge. read more

We had issues with the top rack of our dishwasher not sliding out properly. Alex took the time to carefully repair the original railing parts rather than immediately replacing them. While waiting to run tests on the dishwasher, he also fixed a water pressure issue with our kitchen tap. He was professional, respectful, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend! read more

Very professional and honest, hard working guy, does a great job and his prices are very fair. I highly recommend him!

I have a Whirlpool washer that clearly had a control panel issue. When I called the dispatch person, he refused to give me a quote for a new control panel with installation for the model that I had. He said that they must diagnose the problem. Technician, who was a very nice gentleman, then spent 90 minutes to diagnose that it was a control panel issue. Kox wanted $700 parts and labor to replace. I then looked up the part online and it is $250 new. So I wasted $85 and 90 minutes. I should have done my research before calling, but the dispatcher said they have Whirlpool parts in stock and guarantee they can fix the issue. Sure, for 2.5x dollars more than it should be. read more

Called and got same day service. Alex came out and fixed my oven right away. He was very thorough and professional.

Main element of my Thermador microwave oven went nuts. I called KoxFix and Alex showed up promptly and identified the issue. Part had to be ordered, so he had to come back on the next day. Thermador does not make it any easy to service. I watched how much work was needed, you have to pull half way out the regular oven that lays below the microwave and then you can detach the microwave so as to reach for the side of it where the main element had to be replaced. I am happy with the service. Price was fair and the service was perfect. I will have no doubt to call him again if I need other work. read more
