My dryer had not been running well for about a month and not getting hot. I messaged a few business to get a quote and see if it was even worth while to have it repaired since my dryer is 12 years old. Alex replied to me right away - at 10pm at night - and had the cheapest quote and answered all my questions. I was a little concerned bc he did not have a lot of Yelp reviews - but he told me he was a newer business and i could tell he was knowledgeable and had a lot of experience before he started his own business. I decided to give him a chance and boy am i so glad i did. Alex arrived early and called me to confirm he could come. He was very professional and went above and beyond. He replaced multiple parts and even cleaned my dryer vent - and i lived in a multi story condo and the vent is a pain to Clean. He worked hard and was so thorough and cleaned up after himself and was very nice too. Bad experience with this company with unresponsive call or text message. I was having an issue with my noisy dishwasher and had called for their diagnostic check after seeing the good reviews here. The technician Alex was on time for the service. He was quick with the diagnosis and I was told that a replacement part was needed. It is our mutual agreement that he will order the part for me and I agree him to repair my dishwasher after he receives the part. However, after waiting for two weeks, there are no news from him even though I call or text him for an update of delivery. I then called the supplier (LG) directly since my dishwasher is still under warranty to check the order status for the part. However, I was told by LG that the order had not been processed yet. I was surprised because I was not updated at all by the technician until I called LG for the update. If I have not called, I would still be waiting. I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service. If they are not interested in fixing my dishwasher, they would have informed me directly instead of letting me wait with no news. Maybe, they are just not keen on doing business. I share this in case you are thinking of using their services. read more

Alex was very communicative from the get go. Being the first to contact me back when I sent an inquiry for quotes to repair dishwashers and also asking for specifically someone experienced with Korean Brand Appliances. Alex was great at texting via Yelp and called before arriving to let me know he was on his way. My dishwasher is housed in a very tight space with very little tolerance. It was challenging for Alex to remove it, but he was patient and persevering and was able to get it out to check for leaks. I had cleaned out the filter prior to calling him so that was the main issue and the fact that I couldn't put the dishwasher exactly back into it's housing so that the rubber siding would be sealed when the door was closed. It took some maneuvering but Alex was adept at getting it back in. He is very clean, methodical and precise. I'm extremely happy with his work and honesty. He charged me the diagnosis fee only and was very professional. He is a small business, relatively new, and I hope he will continue to gain a following as he is dependable and knows how to fix things well. His pricing is fair and not overblown like most of the bigger companies. I took a risk hiring him bc he didn't have too many reviews, but I was so content that I did as I will hire him back in a heart beat b/c of his ability and his fair pricing. read more
