Amazing service. Our dryer stopped spinning but was still functioning. I contacted a couple locations through Yelp and Mary responded very quickly with a price to inspect the unit which was a lot more reasonable than other quotes. The dryer in my rental unit stopped e working and I needed repair ASAP. I reached out to these guys (based on the stellar Yelp reviews, of course) through the Yelp request a quote on a weekend and was able to connect with them to make an appointment for Monday. On Monday, I received a text when the tech was on his way, and a call when he had finished looking at the dryer. Turns out it was a pretty standard fix and he has the part so he could make the repair the same day. I authorized the cost and repair, and a few hours later, the part was fixed and the dryer was back in operation! Excellent service, fast and reliable. The only reason I took off one star is because I asked if the part/service has a warranty and was told they only guarantee the work for a couple months (I think it was 60 or 90 days). I would have preferred a year of security given the cost of the repair. read more

He did a great job cleaning the massive amount of lint out of the duct and replacing the thermal unit. We requested a quote on a diagnostic and received a response within minutes. They quoted us for the diagnostic and let us use that amount toward any repair that was needed. Ruslan came out during the window time we were given and was able to quickly assess the issues we had. He let us know that we would receive another quote of the required repairs the same day and we could schedule for the repairs to be completed. We ended up needing a new plug and outlet and 2 fuses in the breaker box. Ruslan was able to make all the repairs in the same day. He also added a cover over the wall outlet he replaced to make sure no water dripped on it in the garage. Ruslan cleaned out the entire dryer vent and made sure it was not blocked in the roof. I recently called Dryer Emergency because my clothes were drying slowly and I found condensation in my dryer hose. They responded quickly, and Ruslan arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He quickly determined that the condensation was happening because my dryer vent was clogged on my roof - and more importantly, at some point an incorrect dryer vent cap had been installed. Ruslan clearly explained the problem with my incorrect cap - based on his advice, I decided to move forward with replacing the vent cap to permanently improve the performance of my dryer. Ruslan was able to source a new vent cap that day and completed the installation quickly, taking care to ensure the new vent was properly sealed on the roof. Since then, I have seen a tremendous improvement in my dryer - clothes are dry in half the time as before, and I have not found any further condensation coming from the dryer vent. I would absolutely call Dryer Emergency again for any issues with my dryer in the future. read more

They came to fix my Whirlpool Duet Sport dryer. They came out quickly and found an easy fix. Super nice, helpful and will use them again.

Broken pulley and they were able to fix it. Total came out to $335 but the great thing is they work on weekends. Showed up on time, cleaned the inside of the dryer from the excess lint, worked on replacing the part, put it back together and cleaned up really well when finished.
