I sent a panicked request for a dryer repair late in the evening. I provided the information about the repair needed. I knew what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. All of the replies said they charged a diagnostic. I replied and stated that I knew what the problem was and UJ was the only one that provided me a specific quote for the exact repair the dryer needed. He was reasonable, showed up on time. Umid did a great job on my dryer. The dryer wasn't drying clothes very effectively so he opened the entire machine to vacuum out all the lint. He didn't have another extra vent on him at the time so he came back two days later to replace the vent with a new one. Dryer is super hot after that.
