They're crispy (kitchen is good). They're just not a traditional wing (should also say coated on the menu). 3) THEIR OIL - one of my wings was a delicious lemon pepper dry rub. So much promise. So crispy. Then, the flavor transfer hit. They must have fried fish on the menu. Same/old fry oil So my wings without a sauce (dry rub) tasted faintly of fried cod. Gross. I will go back. One of their bartenders berated me walking because of my Facebook political opinion, the second time it's happened, and the owners refused to remediate. I did not in anyway initiate and they confirmed they saw it on the camera. In essence, it feels unsafe to be here.
