In fact he had cleaned our rental twice over the past before we sold it. AND THE EFFORT AND WORK HE PUT INTO THE CLEANING NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED. I have had lots of carpet cleaning services over the past 40 year and NEVER , I mean NEVER, did any of them even come close to the job he does and their charges were close to his. NONE of them were at our homes longer than 90 minutes. He works for 6 or more hours on the carpet. He just came and cleaned our carpets in our Ceres home. Again he spent 6 hours restoring my carpet and only charged us $500. People need to know how much better a service they will receive through Quinton Carpet Cleaning. I wish someone had shared with me about this company 30 years ago. I am just thankful that I finally found the best.

We went on Yelp to try and find a good carpet cleaner. We really have been disappointed with our…read morecarpet. We thought we had done our homework and selected the best possible carpet for the money we were willing to spend. We bought and had the carpet installed by a local reputable carpet dealer. We also asked the dealer for a recommendation on a carpet cleaner. They recommended the carpet cleaner they used for the carpet displays in there store. That sounded good to us and so that is who we initially selected for our carpet cleaning. The results were less than satisfying. After awhile we switched back to who we had used with our previous carpets. Although the results were a little better we were still not totally pleased. As time passed by we were becoming even more unhappy with our carpet and in desperation turned to Yelp for one last try to salvage what appeared to be a bad carpet buying decision. Based upon Yelp reviews we selected HomeSmart Cleaning to come and do our carpets. They gave us an estimate on the phone and we arranged the appointment time. David showed up well within the two hour window and surveyed the house and told me the actual cost we be slightly less based upon his in house inspection. That's a good start, but it would not mean much if the carpet cleaning was not up to par. Well it turns out that he did an outstanding job! The carpets were absolutely clean. He removed spots that the other cleaners we had tried were unable to clean. My wife was especially pleased with the job. David suggested the application of a carpet guard spray for the heavy traffic areas and we agreed to have this done. Even with the additional charge for the carpet guard the total bill was less than the original telephone estimate. David even provided me with some shoe coverlets so I could walk on the carpet before it completely dried. In summary, HomeSmart provided prompt, courteous, professional, excellent cleaning service and we will definitely be using them again and based upon our experience we can highly recommended them to others.

I requested for an estimate for carpet and upholstery cleaning because I recently got a dog and he marked the family room. I initially got a quote for the family room, bedroom plus a set of couches for $200. Seemed reasonable. Once they got here. I asked them if they could add the stairs and hallway, they said no problem. I marked all the spots that needed to be treated since they are not visible (it's just urine). When I asked for the total they told me it was going to be $400 for everything. I asked for a breakdown since it went up $200 more since the original estimate and the tech was not able to give me a breakdown. I called their number and talked to the owner who did not give me a breakdown but told me that since he wasn't here he had to rely on his tech for the price. So breakdown was every provided. The tech didn't wear any show covers or left any instructions as to when to place the furniture back. The next day I check with the blacklight and the stains were still there! Moreover, the urine smell was not gone either. I called them twice before before they answer my calls. I was told that they could come back again but they will have to charge again $100 for their time. I asked them if they come back again will they guarantee that the stain will be gone. They said NO. They told me that maybe the stains are too old and have already gone into the pad (not true, I have had the dog for two weeks) So in total I would have to pay $500 to clean half of my house with no guarantee that it will be clean. I told them no thanks. I went ahead and hired someone else that can guarantee their job.

If you'd like to have your items lost & damaged AND pay premium prices to be insulted by ignorant…read morelaborers, chose Wheaton. This state to state move was AWFUL!!! I've moved more than 24 times & this was easily the MOST frustrating thanks to Wheaton. The driver & loader arrived full of attitude about items that "should have" been broken down further, like tables, exercise equipment & bookcases. This info could have been conveyed to us BEFORE the move by the agent & not left to the last minute when everything was packed up, including our tools. Within minutes of meeting me & being at my home the driver made a gun with his hand & comments to the loader in front of me about killing my "stupid" (his word) pets. I later learned that he was allergic, but this begs the question, who would say something so AWFUL in front of a customer? And what kind of company sends this person as a representative into peoples homes when most homes in America have pets?? Wheaton had weeks ahead of time to figure out how to pack an especially large painting & it was still unpacked on moving day & had to be taken back to their warehouse. They ignored any marking of items as fragile & to "keep upright" as many boxes were delivered upside down and/or crushed. A white chair was not wrapped to keep clean & instead "protected" by greasy moving blankets & arrived with black smears on it. An actual hole was punched into the side of a desk. They slid an antique secretary across the floor & broke the leg. Their inventory system is a joke. They write down that they used certain sticker numbers but not what items those numbers pertain to. If you want one less headache, use someone OTHER THAN Wheaton & McGrath to help you move.
