I've been on the phone with Milt, the owner, and Liz...at 10pm because they were trying to help me troubleshoot a WiFi issue with my router. Worst internet service I've had. The so-called "fiber" internet gets good speeds some of the time,…read morebut for huge portions of the day it's less than half what we are paying for. For about 3 hours each day it drops even further and every couple of days it drops out altogether and stays out for 1-10 minutes. This makes it impossible to use your internet for work or anything important like banking or investing. I suspect this is due to some kind of "throttling" algorithm. It has that 2005 feel to it when ISP's would secretly throttle their customers just to save bandwidth. Anyway, if I figure out how to get pro-quality service with another company, I am done with TVN. They do not take it seriously. The service is intermittent and wildly inconsistent. When you call them, they never admit that anything is wrong.
