Yikes. From the onset, Dante was extremely thorough and detailed with explaining exactly what he would be doing to my car, the types of products that he would be using, how long the service would likely take and how much the service would cost. The main reason for my appointment was to address the excessive and heavy staining on my seats and to clean out whatever other "surprises" my children managed to get under the seats in places that I can't easily access. Dante asked a bunch of questions regarding the types of stains that were on the seats and how long they had been there so that he was able to properly gauge how to treat the affected areas. And guess what - IT WORKED! And when I say it worked, I mean that I was actually surprised at how good the interior of my car looked when I went to pick it up. Not only were 95% of the stains on my beige seats gone, there were also probably about 3,000 long blonde dog hairs that were completely removed without a trace from the velcro-type material that lines by my trunk!! My 7 year old car basically looks brand new again inside. I truly didn't think that was possible given what it has been put through. To say that Dante does an amazing job would be an understatement. He is so nice but more importantly detail oriented - he was actually polishing and wiping my dashboard and passenger side windows as I was entering my car to leave!
