I was ready to pay for my single car wash- that's all I wanted. No interest in their monthly plans. I told the young man that and he was fine. Out of nowhere, some other guy who was lurking in the shadows came out of nowhere and took over, relentlessly trying to pressure me to get their monthly plans. I must've said NO, over 10 times. Ge just kept going! I told him I was in a hurry and just want my single car wash. He wouldn't stop. I finally reached my breaking point and snapped at him- totally went off and said I was done. I had been going there longer than he had been alive, but I was never coming back. Plenty of other places to go- one in every corner. I drove away telling the polite young man that he was great and not to listen to the other pressure salesman- " how well did his tactic work?!" Drove across the street to GetGo and had a great experience, plus it was cheaper!!! Guess I found my new car wash.

I just found that his has been a recurring monthly charge on my card. I wasn't told this, was not given any printed info, and did not agree to a recurring charge. They will not refund for months I was charged. This seems to be a purposely Deceptive practice. As for the quality of the wash, when I previously used it, I had have to circle around and ask for a 2nd pass--lots of dirt left on. A windshield wiper and weather stripping ripped off--up to me to fix. I paid additional for wheel wash for my wife's car and it would only partially clean.

I found Elusive Auto Shine through Gtechniq's certified detailer list, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
