Stopped by to get my car cleaned/washed from all the dirt, snow and salt. The line was Around 15 cars deep, but my car looks nice and clean now. Only thing this business needs to do is scrub the back windows of cars/trucks that are going through the car wash, instead of just directing us to move our cars. read more

Went to use the car wash and I normally have a good expierence. Today, either the owner or the manager had a real attitude. He yelled at me for grabbing multiple towels at once and asked if I have multiple receipts! He must hate his job and his customers! All he had to do was inform me of the policy where you can only take 1 towel at a time. No need to scream and be rude on the 1st attempt. He was older with black hair. I will go out of my way to not use this car wash anymore. He was very disrespectful! read more

We went to go through and the car washed stopped working. We get it, it happens we came around to go through again and no one came to approach us to explain how to get through or offer to refund our money. We called an attendant over finally and we asked him to direct the lineup of cars to go through as there were multiple cars that it did not work for. The worker was unprofessional and rude. He told us to just wait until the stack of cars already in line went through however, the stack just kept growing as people were paying even though the wash was down and we were never directed into traffic. Luckily we were able to nose our way into the line but if we weren't aggressive we would never have been able to get in. I understand car washes break down but to be unprofessional and never explain the situation or how to remedy it to a paying customer is ridiculous. Do better. read more

They are great if you are in a rush, and my car is always clean when i leave. Everytime I come here, I've gotten nothing but great washes. Everything is self explanatory, easy to use and to understand. The location is always clean and well maintained when compared to the others in the area that I've gone to. Also, the free vacuums really pick up nearly every speck of dirt that's on my car's floor. Just awesome! read more

This is one of the newer car washes in the area and I was excited to give it a try. I had previously sworn off my regular car wash on rt 191 until this place opened. The facility is very nice and the vacuums are in great working order. The staff is also very nice and I think I even met the owner once. Overall I would highly recommend the wash but in the winter they need to clean the brushes in the wash more often. I ran the wifes CX-5 thru and was gifted with a nice horizontal scratch down the length of the passenger side from the wash. I think I can buff it out since only the clear coat is scratched. A little disappointing to be sure. read more

I've only been to the Easton location, however, I absolutely LOVE this car wash! This car wash has never left any scratches on my car & always gets it sparkling like crazy! Prices are decent enough & I hear they have a towel exchange program & free vacuums as well. I haven't taken advantage of either yet, but may in the future! read more

Last weekend I wanted to clean out my car before I got it serviced at the shop and this was the only carwash with free vacuums. It saved me so much grief scrounging for quarters. I never take the time to review businesses but I am today. Last weekend I was on a tight schedule and needed to clean my car before taking it into the shop. This was the only car wash I could find that had free vacuums at the end of the wash tunnel. It saved me so much time and grief scrounging for quarters. It's 2020. There's a coin shortage. I take my car every week! I love the way it comes out after. Free vacuum but I don't use them. The back of my car usually has run off/streaks bc of the shape which isn't their fault. I have seen it tear the front emblem off of a Nissan. That's no good. read more

BEWARE - CAR DAMAGED HERE. Visited the car wash back to back days (had a membership), car came out with multiple scratches on the hood and roof. Brought it to Jeff's attention who immediately blamed me for the damage. That his car wash wouldn't do that and I must have cleared my car with an ice scraper. Seriously, are you kidding me? Found him highly insulting. He is the poster child for bad customer service. Finally got someone by the name of George who is in charge of Maintenance (only took me 4 phone calls and at least 3 emails). Met with him today who stated the same thing (but wasn't as big of a jerk). I know they have camera's as you go in the wash for this exact thing, I asked to see the photo's and for a copy of them and am now getting the run around. So now I'm going to pay to get it professionally repaired. So this will become a fight based on principal. They just don't get it, it's not about the damage it's about the way you handled it. I would advise anyone to use another car wash who stand behind their products instead of blaming the customer. read more

Took my car while out of town to sparkle car wash ...got hairline scratchs on several spots and numerous other marks on my car...confronted tech within 10 mins of going thru the car wash and he told me he had seen this happen before...yet when manager comes out he say he had never seen this before....DO NOT USE SPARKLE CAR WASH!!!!!! read more

Joined the monthly service for 31.00 a month and then needed to cancel after 8 months. They continue to charge my credit card for three additional months. Drove to location and spoke with manager and called over 10 times. Finally had to dispute with credit card company. read more

my 2010 Honda ridge line was damage at the car wash list below ...the gps antenna cap got ripped off the roof ...the bumper got disconnected off the fender ...the bug guard was ripped in half ...and since the bug guard got ripped off it chipped the paint I spoke to two different manager and they told me that is up to the gm to look at the damage and determine , tree weeks had past after iv been asking when em I going to get an answer ... after the forth week one of the managers called me on the phone and told me to meet up with him so he can see the truck.. there was an incident report and pictures was taken of the damage . I don't know why the gm had to have me come over to look at the damage neither did both managers I found that very unprofessional so did the other manager when I finely met the general manager (George ) he told me that he was going to only going to fix the gps antenna cover and replace the bug guard nothing else that determination was giving to me dew to one of the managers supportable saw on the camera that my bumper was previously damage before and the gave me his number that he is going to check the cameras him self and let me know, then I told him to send me that video clip on text and I never hear from him, two day later I called the carwash and spoke to the manager (Keven) and told him that he told me that he was the one that told the gm about the bumper been being damage and he told me no. so I sked for the owners e mail since there's is no other Bose above the gm and the denied me it this place is very unprofessional and don't recommend it to no one read more

Got a coupon for a free "classic wash" so I tested it out. Process is like any other, would be nice not to have to listen to sales videos before I can actually choose what I want. I have to say it did a really nice job washing my car. Most times you can find places on the car where the machine just couldn't brush because of how the body is shaped but I have to say this did a good job getting all the spots. I generally wash my car at home because the washes usually miss spots, but I would actually take my car back for this place. I took off two stars because it seemed like it was really rough on the car (price you pay for a good wash?). When I got out to vacuum the car I noticed that my license plate in the front was bent a considerable amount (I later had to bend it back). My side mirror was also pushed forward all the way, no damage but it just shows the power of the machines. As far as pricing I couldn't say. I never looked into the price because it was free this time. read more
