I got a wash to get salt off of my truck and always wash my running boards at drive through washes. I never had a problem until going to Shammy. I guess they call it shammy because not only was the wash shabby but it also broke my cast metal running boards. The attendants were not paying attention to hit the emergency stop button. When I saw the aftermath, one worker said we will fully cover this. Only to find out the manager Nick said I was misinformed by his employee and that there is nothing they can do. He replied that his workers are young and you can never believe young kids. I then asked what's the point of your incident report if you can do nothing about it? He explained it's just a formality. I used to be a good customer there. Never again will I go since he didn't even offer to give me a refund on the wash that left my truck not only damaged but full of suds from the wash that never rinsed my truck. I spoke with the regional manager Kevin and I'm not surprised at the lack of empathy. There is obviously no self accountability in this business. If you have a vehicle that will need a wash. Do not waste your time, you'll end up with a damaged vehicle.

This was the ONLY wash this truck went through since it was bought with 15 miles on it off the lot. Both the "manager" and the general manager said there is no way it could be from their car wash. This is our 5th car with their VIP package and they could not even refund me for the scratched truck. We are a local small business on the same street as them! If anyone knows anything about cars, you would know these scratches were purely from a car wash, and this is the only I used. I files a report immediately after getting out of the wash and NOTHING. If you don't care about your car go ahead and take it through, i would think twice about running a new truck or car through this dump. They ran it through their insurance and they came back and said "they could not see anything from the cameras" , no kidding you can't see scratches from a security camera in a car wash. We will NOT be renewing any of our 5 VIP packages next year.

When you pull into the bay, four people spray and hand wash your car with high quality wash mitts and brushes. No scratches no dirty spots! These guys then hand dry with great chamois. There's nothing like pulling out of the wash with a gleaming dry car! $7 for exterior wash only is worth every penny and then some!!!!
