Technician called me to question the need for my appointment despite the fact that my windshield was cracked 6 to 8 inches across the passenger side. Job was supposed to take 2 to 2 1/2 hours and remained incomplete after four hours. When I called to speak with customer service, the greeter hung up on me. She then promptly left in a car with personalized plates. My car was test drove for close to an hour and still not completed. This was four hours later after a scheduled windshield replacement due to a cracked window. Store manager indicated he would follow up with me the next day to finalize the service and I never heard from him. I know that they come to your house to do the replacement but when there's a camera on your windshield you have to bring it to them to do. No problem, we had an appointment within 24hours and we picked up my car the next day. The windshield looks like a million bucks and they were able to save all the stickers and transfer them to my new one. I was super impressed. They were fast and friendly. I'm not sure what the cost would've been since it was covered by insurance.
