My husband works at the Mavis Discount Tire shop in New Milford, and the day we got married we arrived home very late because of our wedding celebration. Unfortunately, he had to leave me alone the next morning because he was told he had to open the store. I understand work responsibilities are important, but this was the first day of our marriage, which should have been our honeymoon time together. I believe there were other employees who could have opened the store or switched shifts. It was a very important and special moment in our lives, and it was very painful for me as a new wife to spend that moment alone. More in important, I was planning a big trip and did not want to get stuck with a bad battery. Husband suggested going to have it checked out at O'reilly's as they offered a free test. They couldn't have been nicer. Not only did they provide quick and efficient service, removed the battery and found out it needed a recharge boost. They provided that service while I waited (took about 1 hr from initial walk in). Reinstalled the battery - I set some radio staitons and the radio presets now remained. As i took out my wallet to pay for the 'charge', the manager informed me that there was no charge for their courtesy service. Battery testing and the boost is something they provide as a free service to their customers. I was quite surprised and will happily return there for other service or parts in the future. The folks at the Fairview Ave. store were great and eager to help. Nice to have a shop like that in my neighborhood.

I went through the process of taking out the car from garage in the snow and taking the images requested and sending them in. This car is in immaculate condition with a FULL CPO Warranty until July 2027. This is what they came back with $28,875. Why do you waste peoples time. It's no wonder auto dealers get such bad publicity, when you play games like this. Horrible.
