Ended up dismantling the whole steering wheel because the key wouldn't come out damaging clock spring, skim Module, Ignition cylinder and Ignition switch and the wheel is hanging, after taking off and disappearing Two weeks and over $3000 later I'm still waiting for backorder parts, I'm Still paying rentals and still have no idea when my parts will finally come in. He pointed out a few possible issues and worked to correct them. He was thorough and accurate in his service delivery. We accrued an additional cost when he advised that our back door locked should also be changed (so we wouldn't need different keys).
