I was concerned with going anywhere other than the Honda dealership because I thought the one thing I needed to get from the dealer was the key...anyway, over 115.00$ later (Uber fees while I was waiting for the key to arrive from Jacksonville) & finally comes Monday morning and the dealership still didn't have my key; so I finally started exploring other options & thank G-d that I found Will, because he wasn't the first result on google, but I can't bel he isn't the best, because he was 40.00$ cheaper than anyone else and super polite & friendly understanding, which made me feel great, because truth be told, I feel like an idiot for losing my key in the first place! anyway, this service & result was so great, I just consider the money & time spent before meeting him to be a semi-expensive lesson! This morning I met an angel moonlighting as a locksmith. My sister lost her front door, deadbolt and mailbox keys all at once and was desperate. Will answered on the 2nd ring and explained that while he already had a job that morning, he could still be there in an hour and a half. He was as good as his word and arrived on time. He clearly explained what was needed and how long it would take. He finished on time, within his estimate even after having to work with an older front door that was a bit of a fit challenge. He was also really sweet to my sister's dog who was super curious about the repair. I needed two remotes for my 2013 Silverado programmed. Bought the remotes from Amazon. Let my fingers do the walking as I looked for a local locksmith to do the monogramming. 3 Guys were the only ones that were interested in helping me. I arrived home this evening after an exhausting day and discovered that I could not gain access to my home due to a broken lock on my security door. Fernando answered my telephone call and stated, "I'll be there in 30 minutes." He arrived promptly and removed the broken lock, granting me access. After learning that he did not have a replacement lock on his truck he drove back to his store then returned to my home and installed the lock perfectly. The plastic part of the key FOB that can be linked to the keychain ring suddenly broke off. For fear of losing the car key, I ordered the replacement FOB online. Once received by mail, I contacted them and Will (locksmith) drove right to my home address, produced a duplicate car key copy and reprogrammed the car lock system all from within his equipped van and in a matter of about 20 mins tops.
