The mac and cheese tend to be sticky and dry from sitting in the heater box. Adding a little milk and reheating does it great justice. As far as the meats the chicken was my least favorite. That being said, I'm very critical of my chicken as it's my preferred protein. Most often it's dry and that's the case here, the seasoning seemed like an afterthought or maybe that's because of the dryness. Their brisket and pulled pork were both solid choices. The pulled pork is tender with a great bun if you get a sandwich and the brisket is hearty and smokey. There was no question as to lean or fatty so that's a Texas classic that was missed. Regardless it was still great as far as Pittsburgh vicinity BBQ. The atmosphere of this place is a bar that also has gambling and tables for the bbq joint. One time I visited they had live music outside. It seems like a great community gathering spot but I've only ever had takeout.
