Big thumbs dow. Really wish this company would come fix what they messed up. I'm still paying for the work. 1 day job turned into three months. The workers left rotted wood under the singles. The owner would not redo the work Even though the team was fired. Now black mold is forming and I have a child with lung issues. They need to do the right thing. We've been ghosted.

Our experience with Homestar was AMAZING. I'm surprised to read the bad reviews on here, we didn't have anything but a great experience working with them. Our initial meeting with the sales consultant, Alex, was great, he was kind and very knowledgeable. I didn't feel harassed or pressured at all. Alex then asked Mike, Director of Operations, come out to look at the job. He spent a lot of time going over everything with my husband and came up with a great plan to remedy some existing (potential) issues. My husband a carpenter and was very impressed with his level of knowledge, eagerness to help and great attitude from Mike. The extra time and care given to this was above what we could have asked for. On installation day, a crew of 6 men show up at 7am and begin tearing down the old roof. They were polite and respectful and worked over 12 hours to get this job done. They worked very hard all day and were meticulous in their work. From start to finish, this crew was a dream to work with. When the job was finished, I expected to find nails and debris everywhere, but even after a 13 hour day they spent a lot of time cleaning up. The ground was impeccable. Several times throughout the day, Mike and Ty (Project Manager) stopped by to check on their progress and made sure we were happy. Ty came out a couple days after to check in and see if we had any problems. I know this is a long review but there's a lot to a big project like this and we were impressed with Homestar every step of the way. First picture is before, all the rest are after. It's hard to capture the great craftmanship in the photos.

I live in a community that clearly states no soliciting no trespassing. they came to my door. I told them they were not welcome and we did not allow soliciting they claimed they had perm from the office. When I went to take his photo, he hit my hand. we had to call the police to have him removed.

    New roof and new gutters!

The whole team did a great job getting our project together for a price we could afford! Very professional and solid communication on delivery and the install date. The installation of our roof and gutters was a great experience. Our 1953 home looks brand new! Definitely planning on using HomeStar again for the windows! Thank you HomeStar!

They left the old frames and seals exposed, so that we have to deal with ourselves. The windows can only open to a third.

I have worked with two other contractors recently, and I can honestly say that they don't come even remotely close to the quality of work that Carlos and his crew provided. Carlos and Victor remodeled my entire bathroom, removing and reinstalling new tile, a vanity, mirror, light fixture, toilet and other bathroom accessories in addition to spackling and painting. From start to finish, Carlos demonstrated an extreme attention to detail and a genuine commitment to making sure everything was done properly. He does not cut corners, and he takes the time to do things the right way even when it requires extra effort. For example, he noticed that my bathroom floor was not properly leveled, something that could have easily been overlooked or simply worked around. Instead, he took the time to correct the problem and make sure everything was properly leveled before continuing with the project. He even painted door trim outside of my bathroom to make sure it transitioned well with the bathroom, something that was not his responsibility. That level of care and thoroughness is exactly what you hope for in a contractor. The spackling and painting were absolutely immaculate. I have hired professional painters in the past who did not come close to the quality of the paint job Carlos delivered. Painting is 90% prep work: sanding and spackling. You can tell when a contractor understands the difference prep work makes, and Carlos and his group certainly does. Carlos and his crew were also kind, respectful, professional, and a pleasure to have working in my home. They were extremely conscientious about keeping everything clean throughout the project. In fact, I commented to my husband that my house looked cleaner after they left than it did before they started! Another thing that really stood out to me was the pricing. His prices are more than fair considering the quality of work, attention to detail, and level of care he provides. You TRULY feel that Carlos takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be completely satisfied with the finished product. It is VERY rare to find that these days. I could not be happier with the work C&N Construction LLC did for me. If you are are fussy about the details and looking for a contractor you can trust, who is meticulous, honest, thorough, reasonably priced, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, I would HIGHLY recommend Carlos and his crew. They exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely use them again for future projects.

I think that Carlos is very educated with construction and/ or a genius about fixing things. Carlos explained why we had a leak in great detail thoroughly before he fixed the problem. We will hire Carlos in the future when we have another problem. He provided us with a written estimate before starting, and he is very thorough with his communication.
