Instead, a flood of anger came over me. This low-life company installed a new roof and the very next storm it leaked, then Joe said he needed another $500 to complete the job. Why the anger after all these years I remember Joe was ducking my phone calls at a time when I was going through Chemotherapy and being evaluated for a heart transplant. A member of the medical community eventually stepped in and said I needed to let this stress go because I wasn't good for my health. I eventually paid more than double what I paid Joe, to rip out all his substandard mess. They set up the 'Angies List' connection. On the first visit, the tech stated that a part was needed to do the job. He comes on 2nd visit, states that the garbage disposal is larger and we needed to get a smaller 1/2 size. No mention of the part he needed to buy which was assessed on the 1st visit. Now we have to return the product to Lowe's. Time wasted here and unfortunate/inconvenient that on the 'first visit', all of these 'potentials' were not reviewed, noticed or assessed prior so that that there would not be the need for a 3rd visit/prolonging the installation. An uncomfortable feeling looms in the air. This is was the experience, my fair observation and review. First time contacting this contractor. This was the service Lowe's initially provided/recommended.

When the window was torn apart, additional repairs were needed and he never came by to give me another estimate for the expanded work that would be involved. When I got the bill he charged me over twice the going rate for a contractor - i clearly felt that because he did not provide an estimate, he took advantage of the situation. I wrote to the Better Business Bureau, but they would not help because they completed the work. BEWARE! if you use this contractor make sure everything is in writing and do not assume that you will be fairly billed - because he will inflate the bill to more than double what it should be and the BBB won't help because it is a billing matter... IT is too bad because he just lost my future business because of this incident.
