You can go ahead and stop shopping for television/electronic installers... you have come to the…read moreright place. Bryan took very good care of me. I shopped around from the box stores (Magnolia, Geek Squad, Hifi Buys, etc.) before I stumbled upon Bryan. I was very nervous about installing my televisions. They were each going to be installed above fireplaces in a newly constructed home. One of the televisions was in our downstairs great room, the other was outside on a brick fireplace. These are both very high profile areas, and I knew that if the TV's were not installed perfectly it was going to haunt me for years. Bryan was very responsive and answered all of my questions. From his website I saw that he had a tremendous amount of experience with installs, and being that he owned his own business I knew he would care just as much about his workmanship as I would. The televisions were perfectly hung, the cable box, AppleTV, and sound bar wires were cleanly concealed. I couldn't be happier. As an added bonus, Bryan helped setup my equipment (the cable service, TV and sound bar were all new out of the box). He even took his shoes off to come in the house! I would recommend Theater Leaders to anyone, and plan to use them again when I get ready to do our media room!

Jody was great helping me with our initial needs and the techs that came out to install the system were professional, willing to answer all of my questions (numerous times until I understood), and very knowledgeable about what they were installing. Another thing that was very important to me was the response time for the call center to contact me when the alarm went off (accidentally numerous of times). It was quick. Within seconds. Thankfully they were false alarms but I knew if I had an emergency they would be quick to respond. AND the call center in US based. The previous person who left a review talked of the contract and not having their money reimbursed. Note that the person broke the contract and didn't have to pay the additional year that really they could have held them to. I'd say that was pretty generous. My experience is that they will work with you if something out of the ordinary comes up - an unexpected move so on and so forth. One thing I don't understand is Yelp shows only one review but if you click on the "reviews not recommended" you will see other reviews and they are all 5 star. I recommend reading those reviews when making your decision. Thank you Duncan Security!
