From the beginning, Andrew worked with my schedule to ensure I was able to meet with him without being inconvenienced. The value I received was incredible because he not only knocked out both garage door openers in less time than was estimated but also made time to replace garage door weather stripping that another vendor I hired was not able to replace. I'll definitely reach back out to him once I look to replace my garage doors. Really like that he was also a veteran just like myself and is really serving the middle TN community.

I knew that the sensors weee not working on one door so the light just flashed and I had to hold the button down to close. I was at work when the technician arrived. He then told her the sensors weee not the problem on one of the doors but it needed a new motor. Most technicians would know if the light flashes multiple times it is a sensor issue. Jody was great helping me with our initial needs and the techs that came out to install the system were professional, willing to answer all of my questions (numerous times until I understood), and very knowledgeable about what they were installing. Another thing that was very important to me was the response time for the call center to contact me when the alarm went off (accidentally numerous of times). It was quick. Within seconds. Thankfully they were false alarms but I knew if I had an emergency they would be quick to respond. AND the call center in US based. The previous person who left a review talked of the contract and not having their money reimbursed. Note that the person broke the contract and didn't have to pay the additional year that really they could have held them to. I'd say that was pretty generous. My experience is that they will work with you if something out of the ordinary comes up - an unexpected move so on and so forth. One thing I don't understand is Yelp shows only one review but if you click on the "reviews not recommended" you will see other reviews and they are all 5 star. I recommend reading those reviews when making your decision. Thank you Duncan Security!
