I am a mechanical engineer and what they have written down is not physically possible. Pictures are totally illegible because they have been photocopied again and again. Steel quality is very poor as parts bend easily. Waiting two weeks now still no refund.

I had a furnace company come out and they fixed the wiring that hello tech technicians did and then my thermostat and furnace worked fine. Hello Tech is a terrible company that doesn't know how to install a thermostat. They would not give me my money back.
