Haylee answered the phone right away instead of routing me to a bot or an answering service, and Grant came out in under 24 hours to make the repair. Every other company I called wanted a $79 fee just to show up and give a quote, and none of them were available on weekends anyway. G&H's pricing was competitive on top of all that. This is a small business that clearly cares about doing right by their customers -- I'll support them any chance I get. Highly recommend for fast, honest garage door repair.

My garage door suddenly wouldn't open today, so I went to Yelp and described my problem, trying to…read moresend it to a particular business that had high reviews. Yelp sends it to other people too, and within just a few minutes, Grant at G&H Garage Doors contacted me. I went and looked at his profile, and he didn't have many reviews, so I planned to go with another company just to avoid potential problems. I was impressed, though, with how quickly he contacted me and how professional he was in his interactions with me, and I wondered if I should have given him a chance. I waited for a couple of hours, and the company I was hoping to work with hadn't reached out to me. I felt good about Grant - he seemed like a true small business owner... very motivated and ready to work hard. So I took a chance and called him, and I'm extremely glad I did. He came here immediately, he fixed my garage door, and even taught me how to take care of it so that I wouldn't need to call him again for a long time! Now that's service. In this age of corporations and planned obsolescence, it was really refreshing to have someone like Grant come along and do a great job, then try to help me not need to hire him again anytime soon. I described a problem I was having with my garage door opener and getting the one in my car to work with it, and he just fixed that too while he was here. I can't recommend Grant highly enough. If you have any doubt because of the lack of ratings on his Yelp page, rest assured you will be happy you hired him for your garage. He was extremely knowledgeable, and I couldn't find even one thing to complain about. Thanks, Grant p.s. The first company I reached out to still hasn't contacted me as of this review.
