I went and looked at his profile, and he didn't have many reviews, so I planned to go with another company just to avoid potential problems. I was impressed, though, with how quickly he contacted me and how professional he was in his interactions with me, and I wondered if I should have given him a chance. I waited for a couple of hours, and the company I was hoping to work with hadn't reached out to me. I felt good about Grant - he seemed like a true small business owner... very motivated and ready to work hard. So I took a chance and called him, and I'm extremely glad I did. He came here immediately, he fixed my garage door, and even taught me how to take care of it so that I wouldn't need to call him again for a long time! Now that's service. In this age of corporations and planned obsolescence, it was really refreshing to have someone like Grant come along and do a great job, then try to help me not need to hire him again anytime soon. I described a problem I was having with my garage door opener and getting the one in my car to work with it, and he just fixed that too while he was here. I can't recommend Grant highly enough.
