There was no saving it, but the good thing was that the plate that were fastened to the gate and the fence post were not damaged, but the hinge was torn apart. Not a huge problem, but certainly a problem as the type of hinge that holds the gate to the fence post is not available in Home Depot or Lowes and I do not know enough about fences to even know how to begin to search for this specific hinge. I needed help! I am a regular listener to the Chris Hand Show on WTN and I heard Chris do an advertisement for Kingdom Fence Company. I was sitting in front of a computer when I heard the advertisement, so I went to Kingdom's website, uploaded the pictures of the broken hinge and submitted a request, hoping that Kingdom would know how to help me! Dave responded to my request the next day, informed me that he could order the hinge and have it installed as soon as it arrived and I was also eligible for a WTN discount as I had mentioned the advertisement I heard on Chris Hand's show. Awesome! I was able to pay online using PayPal. Dave informed me when he had ordered the part and then informed me again on when we would able to install the new hinge and he did just that! From first request to final installation, Kingdom Fence made the ordeal as easy as it could be. Dave had the hinge installed in ten minutes and also provided a free inspection of the fence and the other gate. I could not have asked for a better experience and I added his contact information to my phone directory and will use Kingdom Fence for any future fence work.

I asked to speak to the owners so that they would know about the inferior materials and unskilled workers that were sent to my home. I asked the salesman "Tate" for a new driveway gate with materials of equal grade or better than what was existing. Tate told me that you all don't do jobs for less than $2,500. So in addition, I asked for a pedestrian gate centered on the front door and to replace the wood gate on the south side of the house. They cut my previously existing fence that was level and in excellent condition and placed the gate in the wrong position. Lawson told me that it was only about seven inches off and they could fix it? Cut more and then patch work it? They removed the top rail of my once level fence and did not reattach the fencing to it. They didn't try to make it level as it was before they cut it. They cut the bottom tension line and did not reattach it. They installed the posts in the dark and the next day pushed, with much force so that the gates did not swing into the street. They're not plumb and now they swing in. The posts and driveway gate that they installed are not equal grade material to what was there before. The post aren't the same and the gate now looks like an unlevel, uneven, unfinished, low grade, industrial, makeshift, rusting already containment stucture. I tried to speak to the supervisor "Lawson" and lead worker "Omar" about the the wood gate not being level and he(Omar) threatened me standing not even 2-3' away. Justin was able to come out right away, took a look at the needed repairs (two fence panels, two post replacements and a new gate), and I had a quote by the end of the day. The price was very reasonable and the timeframe of getting it started was great (two days). There was a change in their schedule and they were able to come out the next morning and within a few hours the work was completed and looked GREAT. The new gate was a fantastic improvement and made entry and exit a breeze. Justin's crew did what they said they would do, for the price they estimated and everything looked very professional. Covid was a concern with materials but after calling to verify an appointment we were scheduled for a Friday at 9am. The workers showed up before 9 and started working immediately. They were done in a day and a half. Amazing quality, the workers were respectful and asked questions to verify what we wanted before installing portions of the fencing.
