Because they only allow exchanges, I went back to exchange one of the items. The person helping me (perhaps the owner?) seemed nice asked if there was a reason for my return -to which I replied that I found the item elsewhere for much less. As I said this, one of the 20something staff members rolled her eyes right in front of me!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and outright RUDE! I said something to the staff member and I will never be going back. Their loss, because I am a great customer who spends a LOT of $$ on crystals. My only guess is that the staff member was related to the owners -I don't know any decent, well brought up human being who would treat a customer (let alone another human being) with such impunity. Clearly this girl needs to do some energy healing of her own. After this terrible experience I found the most amazing crystal shop in TO, Sage Spirits. Wow, what a contrast. The staff is actually kind and helpful and the place has amazing energy AND they have a much better selection and better prices. The state of brick & mortar retail today is abysmal. The owners of Mystic Visions should realize that customers are their lifeblood and should treat them accordingly!

Imagine my surprise when I walked into a store that has every single detailed item and embellishment and tool that I could possibly need for crafting school projects and my own hobbies! I walked into this amazingly large room of scrapbook hard at work, and they showed me some of the things that they have been working on, and I was blown away by the creativity and detailed beauty of their masterpieces. The entrance is bubblegum pink and inside you'll find mostly Sanrio products (Hello Kitty and friends) but also Harajuku Lovers, Angry Little Girls, Domo, Rilakkuma, Paul Frank, and more. The plush food toys (e.g., sushi, Pocky sticks, cinnamon roll) caught my eye. I'd call this a deluxe Sanrio store because it has the higher end products, like hard shell Hello Kitty suitcases, iPhone covers, and fancier jewelry. But they also have Sanrio pens, candy, rubber stamps, notepads and stickers. The shop isn't large but it's crammed with cuteness.
