The delivery man had it there just as the Pastor and wife returned home from church, but before the baptism, and were THRILLED by the bouquet! Jill, our pastor Dave's wife, just couldn't stop gushing about how pretty they were, and how I didn't have to do that, but the she was happy we had done so anyway. Mind you on my order I stated I need a morning pickup for first thing in the morning when the store open. The business did not state on the online order of the different pickup location nor did they contact me. I called the number went straight to voicemail. Left a few voicemails and they never called me back. Owner contacted me a week few days later and said she was out of town. I requested she issue a refund and she said she would. I appreciated it at the time. Since then, i have not received a refund. Contacted owner twice after that and she again said she will issue a refund. Turns out that I also wanted arch flowers for our ceremony and even though it was 4 weeks before the event, Dottie's Flowers delivered and they didn't break the bank. I started with zero idea of what I wanted, so they were helpful in guiding my chaotic bride brain and once I was able to look through some inspiration photos online, they matched my image seamlessly. The artist arrived to the venue timely and all of the flowers were absolutely beautiful. She also arranged the linen on the arch to go with the flowers. All of the flowers looked healthy and weren't wilted or brown in any way. They didn't just do the flowers but also helped decorate some of the archways and candles. They did all of the flowers and everything matched just right. They were always available and didn't mind much if a change or addition had to be made. I highly recommend them.
