She is professional, insightful, easy to work with, sensitive to ADA, ethnic and religious kitchen requirements, responsive and knowledgeable in the underlying rules that make a kitchen into a super efficient and joyful workspace. They carry all the quality kitchen cabinet brands plus all else you will need to finish your kitchen including hardware and flooring at great prices that cannot be beat (and I have priced out a few places). I was surprised to discover that they also carry gorgeous front entry doors, indoor doors, vanities, moldings, shower doors and more. I ordered a shower door and had it delivered the next day. The shower door has transformed my master bathroom from ordinary to extraordinary (depicted in pic attached). We are very pleased and cannot say enough good things about this place. I haven't received my cabinets as of yet, and will update on them once they arrive and are placed, but for now, I would like to comment on the customer service. Aleks was such a pleasure to work with. I have a former soviet mom who enjoys asking every single question that she can think of, and Aleks answered each and every one of them with great detail. We called, we came in, and we probably would have annoyed anyone else, but Aleks went above and beyond to put our minds at ease. Not once did she make it seem like we were bothering or wasting her time, nor did it ever feel like she was pushing us in any specific direction (aka to buy out of budget). Home surplus is an excellent place to buy vanities and kitchen cabinets. I just purchased a vanity the sales person Shannon was very knowledgeable very helpful and very nice. She had to order a bathroom vanity from another store it came quick and the purchase price was awesome to begin with when she found out it was the last one that they had she took another discount off for me. I stopped in the Keyport location & was greeted by Shannon. She was extremely helpful & patient! Each time I called or stopped in everyone was more than helpful! Their pricing is literally laughably inexpensive, shipping turn-around is quick, sales staff super nice!
