When I first called him, I told him I needed the job done urgently. He said he was busy with a graduation party but quoted me $60 per room. I agreed, thinking it was straightforward. When he arrived, I asked him to clean just the living room and master bedroom--both completely empty, no furniture to move. Once he got there, he suddenly claimed the living room would count as two rooms and pointed me to his website. This is a small home in Mountain House, nothing out of the ordinary, but somehow it ended up costing $200, with only a $10 discount. Later, I messaged him to finish the job with two more rooms. He lives in the same town, but he told me it would be a minimum of $150 just to come out again. At that point, it was clear this wasn't about fair pricing--it was about squeezing as much money as possible out of the situation. AJ may do decent work, but the greed is hard to ignore. The way he shifts pricing and inflates charges shows that making an extra buck is more important to him than being honest or fair. I would never use him again and strongly caution others to look elsewhere if you value transparency and integrity.

This review is long overdue and I'd like to start off by stating that Jomart and his team are the…read morebest in the business. I used to work for a remediation company so I'm highly knowledgeable in this line of work. AdvantaClean is the most communicative, honest, and capable company I have ever seen in the industry. My first dealing with AdvantaClean was in December 2020 when we purchased our home. It was a seller's market at the time so we purchased the home quickly with very little disclosures. Jomart was referred to us by our family and I gave him a call to inspect the house after the home inspector stated there was a current leak. Jomart and his team came out that week and inspected the home for possible water intrusion. He sent a report on the same day, this came with the exact urgency we needed while closing on our home. The second time we had AdvantaClean come, we semi- flooded our master bathroom floors. Jomart came out, evaluated the damage, and had his team dry out the area within 24 hours. We found further damage that had taken place long before we got there. He was thorough and transparent. He gave us professional advice on how to better waterproof our bathroom and recommendations. Although this project was extremely quick, Jomart's team was extremely effective. The third and current time is when the recent storm caused a roof leak which affected our master bedroom closet, all the way down to our downstairs fireplace located in the family room. It's been hectic and stressful. His team has not been shielded from the chaos that's been coming from my home and they still treat me with absolute respect. The moment we realized we were affected by the storm, I contacted Jomart to have his team come out and assess the damage. We've been dealing with this since the beginning of January and AdvantaClean is still working seamlessly to get our house back to normal. Because of many working pieces, they couldn't demo and patch up the damage all at the same time. With all the moving parts that dragged out the process, Jomart continued to check in and prioritize our project. Jomart has been accommodating, professional, and helpful throughout this entire ordeal. AdvantaClean's team has been pleasure to have around, they're professional and skilled in their craft. Companies like AdvantaClean are like a diamond in the rough. I recommend this company a million times over.

A 60 foot tree fell on our house NYE and the insurance company sent Paul Davis Restoration. I had low expectations for a franchise operation connected with insurance, but they were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL from start to finish. Nicole managed our claim and is kind, super responsive, and does a great job following up. Nate and Bobby are hard working, polite, cheerful young men who always wear shoe covers inside. After the initial demo, they returned and spent hours in the dark and rain at the start of another storm disconnecting the remains of our demolished pergola from the house so it wouldn't catch wind and rip off our living room wall. The insurance company's reconstruction estimates were ridiculously low, and with the owner Joseph's help, it went up by $45k (to where it should have been to begin with). The insurance company was a nightmare, and in the chaos and overwhelm, the staff at this Paul Davis truly sustained us. Unfortunately, communication from the project manager, Matt, was disappointing. When I asked him to explain what would happen next, he replied, "Sure," and then sat in silence until I asked if he was going to explain it right then. The explanation I eventually received felt rushed and incomplete, leaving me confused about who was responsible for fixing the plumbing leak versus the water damage restoration. And this was the same with every single question I asked. I understand now that restoration companies typically handle mitigation while a plumber and contractor handle the plumbing repair and reconstruction. However, that should have been clearly explained from the beginning. During a stressful situation, clear communication and professionalism are just as important as the restoration work itself. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience with "project manager" Matt.

Drew offered the lowest bid and a confidence that he and his team could get the job done to our satisfaction. Their work was outstanding! When we informed him that our travel schedule would delay their start until June, he was flexible. His team's thorough mold/ moisture remediation (removing the old moldy vanity, damaged moldy wallboard, and floor tiles) was completed in a week The remediation quickly received Satisfactory test results from SAFE, the environmental testing agency we independently hired. The restoration work then moved well with the replacing of sheet rock on the wall (where mold/moisture had been) but the laying of the replacement floor tiles was stalled when the team discovered that those tiles were slightly too short of matching the original 24"x12" floor tiles. To stick to our budget, we had opted to get the tiles on our own, not realizing that brands can differ in their tile sizing. This resulted in an unexpected interruption of the project for the PPR team while we found another tile brand true to size. Drew remained patient and flexible with us. The tile team did a beautiful job laying the new replacement tiles. After that, the last step was installing replacement vanity which was also done perfectly. Drew was professional and cordial as was his team. He was a delight to work with. He completed our project well and stuck to his original price. We could not be happier! Carla and Raphael D
