We contacted Economy to help us tame them and have found Economy's employees to be professional, courteous and reliable. Stephen was at our home recently to access an insect party. He did a thorough inspection and made recommendations for treatment. He made us feel that we were in competent hands. The estimate that he gave us was very reasonable. Greg came shortly afterwards to treat our home and yard for pests. He was prompt, professional and experienced. He was nice too and listened to all of our concerns. Natalie, who answered the phones, was very attentive and found answers to my questions very quickly. I love that Economy set up a monthly service. I never heard back after sending more than a dozen text and leaving multiple message. I assume they went out of business but then reading post here perhaps they have not after being a standing customer for nearly 4 years. It's disappointing to not get a return call. I tried every number including the WhatsApp contact and the email. I even entered a request through the email like a new client and still no return response. Product wise I would be very highly and very kind, but I find the lack of response to be highly unprofessional in the service overall unreliable.

He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something.
