It was the first quote I received and I was waiting to receive a couple more quotes. Within a day someone followed up with a call telling me they could start the next day. I explained I was waiting for another quote and asked if they could send a proper proposal in an email. At that point they seemed put off and said if I didn't make a decision in the next couple days they wouldn't be able start for a couple months. After a couple weeks (we weren't desperate) we decided to sign their proposal and had a tentative start date in about 2 months. Two months passed and I was told it would be another month before they could start. After another month we sent an email and they responded it would be another month. After around 7 months they stopped responding to us all together. So we contacted our second choice which was another large outfit. They came out immediately and provided the quote the same day. Completed the work within a week of the proposal. It was a 2 day job. I gave Red Bank Roofing 1 star because I feel generous. But frankly I wouldn't trust them.

We agreed on a great price and 3 days later when we had the only sunny day he replaced the whole roof. Great job and the work quality is excellent. He even went above and beyond by replacing 10 sheets of rotten plywood, installing new flashing on a leaking window, added flashing to my chimney and even placed new chimney caps for me. They provided a computerized mock up of our actual house so we could see how it would look upon completion. The owners and/or employees were at our home everyday as scheduled. They were professional and respectful. We could not have asked for better craftsmen on each phase of the project. We are extremely satisfied with Dura-Plex's informative assistance with the initial design, the building materials, and craftmanship. Well this winter the ice brought down the gutters. I was so upset I called and they didn't give me any good reason.
