We have a front door camera; nobody ever came and even tried. This has been going on for a month. Finally, after dozens of calls, and threatening them with legal action, they said "oh you can come pick it up at the office" - which we asked to do 3 weeks ago and got told no. These people don't care about the patients they service, it shows. And thank God my daughter is okay because we have been using an owlet device, but eventually someone is going to get hurt or God forbid die because of their incompetence. Disgraceful. Find another company, don't give them any business. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau, and to my insurance company telling them to not pay for the last month where we didn't actually recieve any services.
