They don't care. They aren't timely. You can't really get a hold of anyone. When you do, it is likely after an hour waiting on hold. When you do get to a representative it is mostly 'hurry up and wait' and they move at a snail's pace. They are mostly inept at what they do. You need 1000 different phone numbers to reach the department you need because when you get to where you think you need to be...you get hit with the "I'm going to have to transfer you to another department." All these guys do is pass the buck. I think there needs to be a collective outreach to give parents and caregivers of family needing all of these supplies another option.

Karla, the in-home OT contacted me in week #2. I saw her once, because we both decided I no longer needed OT. My PT Stasia visited three times. She was very prompt when scheduling appointments, and always showed up minutes before the scheduled time. Stasia is the perfect in-home PT for any patient as she is very knowledgeable and caring. I am grateful for having Stasia for my PT, and I highly recommend if you get the opportunity to use Centerwell Home Health for your in-home services, ask for PT Stasia- you won't regret it.
