The facility allows pets and we met Lily of the Valley, our friend's cat. The rooms are good sized with bedroom and sitting area. A small microwave and refrigerator are in the room. The cleaning staff come often. While we were sitting in her room, a staff person came to visit. She was there to help bathe our friend, but said she would come back later. It was an enjoyable visit. They have their own parking lot.

The owner Lida only contacted me by email and did not have the decency to call me directly so we could rectify this problem. I fear that the staff will take it out on my Mother. I am trying to get her out of there as soon as possible. If this is the way the owner treats family....take my advise and look elsewhere!!
