I have never worked for an in-home care company - or a company to say the least - that has had the boss (Polly Morris) work shifts similar to their employees, while simultaneously run things efficiently. Sure there are times when needs are not met but Polly always seems to have a solution, whether the issue arises at 2 a.m. in the morning or 10 p.m. at night. They earned the trust of both my mother (currently 92) and myself. I live in California and knowing that I could trust Monica and Lisa to look out for my mother and I could contact them at any time was my highest priority. The team of caregivers lead by Monica and Lisa were caring and giving. They did the daily tasks well of making sure my mother was comfortable, safe, consistent with her prescriptions and provided companionship. They did the special emergency situations exceptionally well, changing their schedule to deal with falls and accompanying my mother to the hospital. Recently I moved my mother to California to be closer to me. My only regret is that I could not convince Monica and Lisa to move with her.
