Saliba's pharmacy is the worst! My sister passed away in March of this year. While in a skilled nursing facility, Saliba pharmacy was late in delivery, delivered the wrong medicine and charged an outrageous price. Now, four months after her death, they continually harass me for payment, claiming that I have some sort of responsibility for her bill. I referred them to my attorney and they questioned my relationship to the attorney, saying, "Oh, is this your daughter?" Unbelievable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY read more

I have to say I could not be more happier with Andrew and Nathaniel both at the Saliba's Pharmacy in Phoenix. Was having issues with my diabetic insulin and they both went above and beyond calling my PCP and was having issues with my insurance also and both these guys worked very hard getting the issues all straightened out. Thank you very much Andrew and Nathaniel read more

They work with facilities and charge a ridiculous amount for prescriptions. What a fn scam. Stick your bill up your A$$! Not getting a dime from me! People with zero conscience fuck over the elderly and disabled. Stay away! read more

They are providing prescriptions to behavioral health scam companies who over-medicate and sedate their patients instead of completing sobriety through a program four months of sleeping the patient that I'm speaking of is my child who was picking up prescriptions at a Fry's Pharmacy for the last 10 years suddenly not in the record system at all and now here in this company where I'm not able to see all the medicines which are 10 of them at once that they are taking we are on to you and I'm reporting to crap out of you you've been reported to access Administration as well as the people that you are delivering to you are heavily over medicating people that are taking lithium and knowing that their doses are not working together you're still giving it to them shame on you it'll have your day don't worry read more

Although my mom passed over 2 years ago, I received a bill from Saliba's today. My mom was in hospice so the pharmacy bills were being paid by them. I called and spoke to a very nice representative named Ellen. In just a few minutes she reviewed the account and realized the assisted living home never advised of my mother's death. She removed the amount from the account. She was polite, friendly, and looked at the situation with logic. I appreciate good customer service. Thank you Ellen! read more

After a comparison with average prices of pharmacy drugs I see that they price gouge the elderly with prices 3 to 4 times higher than anyone else. There must be some sort of kickback going on or they just have huge margins. The elderly and Medicare probably dont notice so I think it shameful to charge the vulnerable and fixed income population soooo much. read more

If I could give zero stars trust me, I would. My mother passed away over a year ago and was in a care facility, after a year of my mother's passing, I found out that Saliba's was still billing her insurance for her medications. They did not verify that she was deceased, instead they kept sending her medication and billing her insurance. They contacted me to see if I would pay the remaining copay?! I will not pay the remaining copay and you should have never received any reimbursement from my mother's insurance, especially since she had passed away! read more

This pharmacy acts like they are there to help the elderly. They are only there b/c they found a niche business to line their own pockets & to rip off unsuspecting family members who do not know there are less expensive options. I have spoken to them over and over to not prescribe branded medication, only generic, yet they continue to add branded more expensive meds. Once they send them out, you cannot return them & then you find out the bill and the cost has gone up significantly and you are stuck paying it. You look at the bill and they have prescribed a branded Med or sent out meds the patient no longer uses. read more

My dad's care home uses this pharmacy, so I had no choice. But I'm the one who pays his medical bills, and the billing service Saliba's uses is a disgrace. They send statements out mid-month for the previous month, and payments are due in about 2 weeks. They even sent me a "30 days overdue" letter, referencing the bill I had only received on the previous day. I started mailing them a check the day the bill arrived in my mailbox so they'd receive it and process it by the due date. Given the mail slowdowns that we've all experienced, this is unacceptable. My February statement also neglected to include line items for 2 of the medications my dad takes, although I was charged for them. I've had to make countless phone calls to untangle the ongoing billing mess. The billing supervisor I spoke to was apologetic, and said she was aware of the problems but had no voice to fix them since that was entirely up to management. And I was told that management is also aware of the problems and has been for some time. If you have a choice in pharmacy services, do yourself a favor and avoid this company. You'll save yourself time and headaches. read more

Horrible experience. We were referred to Salibas through Brookdale Assisted Living (North Scottsdale). Their accounting department is a disaster and they are putting lives at risk as a result. Not once have they sent us an invoice, nor did they make a call regarding any balance. I only found out about this issue when they halted the delivery of lifesaving medication for my father. I addressed my concerns with their billing department, again provided my immediate billing information and confirmed what they had on file was accurate. (Despite never receiving a single piece of paper from them). Yet again, their incompetent accounting department continues to make mistakes. My father still doesn't have his medication despite continued calls with payment directive. Unfortunately we have very little choice as to who to use for pharmacy needs for my father who is cared for by Brookdale. They have the relationship with this pharmacy and our hands are tied. We are engaging other parties to investigate this matter and I encourage other patients or caregivers to do the same. This is unacceptable. read more

It took six calls for them to finally inform me that the medication I had been told was being delivered (twice I was told that!) was not going to be delivered. Not sure why I was not told that on the first call or even the second call. They then told me to have another pharmacy call them to transfer the prescription, which also did not happen. I am not sure how an elderly person would survive this business. read more

Meds are often late. Deliveries come at inconvenient times. Staff are trained to give lame excuses, if you can even talk to someone (I usually on hold). Cycle fill often comes with problems or wrong cassete times. My Mar corrections don't get done. They keep calling me and not leaving messages. When I call back, no one knows who called. I complain to supervisor, but they get pissy with me and never fix the problem. They send marketing person who just gives her business card and brochure, but doesn't address any of my concerns. I finally switch to Medical Arts and have been much happier with their service. read more

Terrible, over-priced OTC items, charged far more than what you'd pay yourself. Multiple invoices changed and not explained. No verification that goods or services were actually given or who authorized them. Then when you dispute things they threaten to turn it over to a collection agency. read more
