I know you do because I have a copy of my electronic document where you got all of my personal information. I was told she would call me later that evening but nothing. I have no messages or emails from them - so if I can't even get them to get the ball rolling on this how can I trust them with a vulnerable senior. I can't - so thank goodness I have some wonderful people who we know and trust who are going to help us out with this. I would strongly recommend that any caregivers needing respite care - reach out in your local community-many people who work for agencies will work directly for you. Lauren immediately stepped into the role of companion and care-giver and in a relatively short amount of time, has become like a family member to us. She has a kind soul and huge heart. In addition to be a friend to Mom, Lauren is attentive and makes herself available as much as possible.
