They assess my needs and goals and the home environment, and worked with you to achieve the results. Their clinicians educate and care for patients with diabetes, COPD, heart failure, Alzheimer's disease and other diagnoses. Overall, they help at home after a hospital stay so patients recover and get back on their feet after a hospitalization so they can stay in their home, live as independently as possible, and avoid future hospital stays.

All others tried taking me over the coals with heavy hours long term commitments and stipulations that were impossible but Taylor at Concierge Care understood my situation and was so accommodating within reason of course. She worked tirelessly to organize a great care giver to be there when the procedure was complete. I was so blessed to have found them cause they were the only ones who truly cared and didn't shuffle me off as a one time experience. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them as well. Especially if your elderly and alone. There's always someone who's there when you need them. Delightful CNA, professional and all around authentic. Again I can't say enough great things and thanks for their service in a day and age where the status quo has become self serving and not patient care. Concierge care is leagues above the rest.

They miss appointments, they lie. If you enjoy endless frustration and incompetence, baycare home are is the company for you. Otherwise, run! Run! Literally anywhere else for homecare. If you think this is a negative review, you're right! The only reason I gave 1 star, is because Yelp doesn't have the option for 0 stars. But don't take my word, do your own research. Look at their ratings, here on Yelp, Google, etc... It's all the same. 1-2 stars overall. They earned it! Every visit was a different nurse. They think it's acceptable to tell patients the time of their visit via phone call at 9pm the night before. We got one nurse that didn't know how to use the equipment, another who didn't bother to read the patients history and thus didn't seem to know why the patient was getting home care, and another that smelled like she just smoked a carton of Marlboros before coming into my home and leaving a stench that last for a half hour after she left. It was so bad even my dog was sneezing. A final note to baycare homecare.. Don't send me some stupid survey acting like you care. If You give a damn about your abomination of a service, speak to me. Leave a phone number of someone in charge. I'll call it.

I spoke with Lenore and she explained how everything worked, the fees, etc and said she would email me the intake paperwork. I received it and filled it all out, including all my banking information for billing and e-signed the documents. Lenore phoned me and said she received everything and that someone would be calling in the next day or two to go over our specifics for dates, times, etc. Well my trip is in a week and I phoned Lenore on the 23rd and she said she couldn't find the file that it was probably at her Wesley Chapel office - don't you people use computers? I know you do because I have a copy of my electronic document where you got all of my personal information. I was told she would call me later that evening but nothing. I have no messages or emails from them - so if I can't even get them to get the ball rolling on this how can I trust them with a vulnerable senior. I can't - so thank goodness I have some wonderful people who we know and trust who are going to help us out with this. I would strongly recommend that any caregivers needing respite care - reach out in your local community-many people who work for agencies will work directly for you. It's very stressful arranging care as it is but to be so blatantly ignored by this company is just plain horrible!
