We got one nurse that didn't know how to use the equipment, another who didn't bother to read the patients history and thus didn't seem to know why the patient was getting home care, and another that smelled like she just smoked a carton of Marlboros before coming into my home and leaving a stench that last for a half hour after she left. I know you do because I have a copy of my electronic document where you got all of my personal information. I was told she would call me later that evening but nothing. I have no messages or emails from them - so if I can't even get them to get the ball rolling on this how can I trust them with a vulnerable senior. I can't - so thank goodness I have some wonderful people who we know and trust who are going to help us out with this. I would strongly recommend that any caregivers needing respite care - reach out in your local community-many people who work for agencies will work directly for you. It's very stressful arranging care as it is but to be so blatantly ignored by this company is just plain horrible!

Lauren immediately stepped into the role of companion and care-giver and in a relatively short amount of time, has become like a family member to us. She has a kind soul and huge heart.
