The nurses seem like over paid data entry clerks. The CNAs do the majority of the work. When the nurse call button is pushed it shouldn't take over 10 minutes for a CNA to come. My mother is a fall risk and has already taken a fatal spill in their care. The fall was so bad it put her in ICU at Bayfront, where the care there was A+.
