Right At Home is the worst company to work for. They start you at 14$/h promising more. Ask you…read moreto work 60h a week and They are obsessive lies. They promise clients hour and no one shows up. The clients daughter who is gay started sexually harassing one of the caregivers at work while she was taking care of her mother when caregiver told her that she would like to do the job and be friends she got angry and kicked her out of the house and accused in breaking her vacuum and scratching her bed frame with wheel chair. Caregiver asked to be removed from that client but the company kept her and she got harassed even more. Caregiver sent money for vacuum and bed frame. Client got angry went to complain and company insisted on filing sexual harassment report with police for caregiver who was sexually harassed by the client To keep client happy. When caregiver tried to explain what happened no one in the company was listening to her. Stephanie and some Joseph Night kept accusing her and lied to the rest of her clients that she was out of town. They gave raise another caregiver so she would not reveal the truth about incident. The majority of staff at Right at Home are Gay and if you are straight person they would not give you the client. it's discrimination and abuse and sexual harassment itself by the company. It's showing low Ethical levels in management. I am not even talking about employees. Customers complaining about caregivers coming and doing nothing on the phone all the time or even stepping outside to smoke weed or cigarette or falling asleep and lea customer alon. They do not train people and give you jobs as long as you are gay.

The CEO of this company is a GHOST, and it has the worst customer service in the country…read more The company is completely irresponsible, incompetent, and unprofessional. One phone call attempt would take your DAY, 20 to 45 minutes waiting to speak with someone that have no skills to help. Problems never get resolved. Customer ID numbers don't get recognized by the system. TRASH

There truly aren't adequate words to describe how unprofessional and irresponsible this company is…read more I've been managing my Coumadin therapy for over a decade without incident, and I've used the CoaguChek device through MDINR since 2020 to monitor my INR levels at home. I know my body, I know this medication, and I take my health seriously. Over the past two weeks, my device has reported dangerously high INR readings--results that were proven to be grossly inaccurate when verified by lab draws taken within an hour. Despite this clear discrepancy, the person who answered the phone dismissed my concerns, stating that because the lab draw wasn't done within 15 minutes of the home test, there's "nothing to be done." That's not just poor customer service--it's medically irresponsible. Worse, no one I spoke to expressed any concern that a patient received two false high readings from a medical device used to monitor a life-critical medication. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told the best they could offer was for me to "call back and speak to someone else"--and then I was hung up on. Anyone who understands INR monitoring knows how critical accurate readings are when managing Coumadin. Wrong data can lead to serious consequences. MDINR/Lincare has shown a complete disregard for patient safety and treats their clients with shocking disrespect. This isn't just frustrating--it's dangerous.
