My Introduction occurred when a Representative came to my Residence & gave me Complete Instructions of How Use my New INR Meter, to Check my "Blood Levels". The name of the Lady - CSR Rep. was "Sarah". She was very Patient, Kind & Extremely Thorough in her Presentation. That was 5 years ago & I have Very Satisfied with Everyone in this Company & the Manner in which I have been Treated. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It's fine when you set up for supplies but then the problems start. They contacted me in June to say I had an overdue bill from supplies sent out in February. I said I never got a bill. They said as of December 31st, they don't send bills out any more. I asked for a copy of the bill 3 times in the last 6 weeks and still haven't received a copy. Then they told me I only have 60 days to dispute the charges. I said if I didn't get a bill, how was I suppose to know the supplies were never delivered. I have called over 10 times in 6 weeks to get this resolved. If they don't hang up on you or put you on hold for over 10 minutes, then they say they'll check into and never call you back. Please chose any other company. Thank you read more

Totally rude and unhelpful customer service. When they would not talk to me I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused to connect me with a supervisor. The local Lincare office has a total disconnect with the corporate office and although they at least were nice they could not help resolve my issue. One star exceeds my rating. read more

The CEO of this company is a GHOST, and it has the worst customer service in the country. The company is completely irresponsible, incompetent, and unprofessional. There truly aren't adequate words to describe how unprofessional and irresponsible this company is. I've been managing my Coumadin therapy for over a decade without incident, and I've used the CoaguChek device through MDINR since 2020 to monitor my INR levels at home. I know my body, I know this medication, and I take my health seriously. Over the past two weeks, my device has reported dangerously high INR readings--results that were proven to be grossly inaccurate when verified by lab draws taken within an hour. Despite this clear discrepancy, the person who answered the phone dismissed my concerns, stating that because the lab draw wasn't done within 15 minutes of the home test, there's "nothing to be done." That's not just poor customer service--it's medically irresponsible. Worse, no one I spoke to expressed any concern that a patient received two false high readings from a medical device used to monitor a life-critical medication. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told the best they could offer was for me to "call back and speak to someone else"--and then I was hung up on. Anyone who understands INR monitoring knows how critical accurate readings are when managing Coumadin. Wrong data can lead to serious consequences. MDINR/Lincare has shown a complete disregard for patient safety and treats their clients with shocking disrespect. This isn't just frustrating--it's dangerous. read more

This business is completely disorganized and incompetent. Sent me the INR tester. I started at home testing. In one week, someone in the MD-INR group added a out of range test result. This was not from my testing I was fully in range. This created 5 calls with the doctors office with urgent concerns about me bleeding out. After discontinuing the service, I returned the meter where I had picked it up (Lincare). 3 months later, I get a threating letter saying to return the meter or face financial consequences. Agents continuously misgendered, hung up, and agents refuse to connect patients to supervisors when asking for a supervisor. They also continue to send un-needed medical supplies to customers, despite customers asking them not to send the un-needed supplies. read more

You can never get past a computer to talk to a human when you call. They bill you for charges beyond when your insurance EOB says you owe and you can't argue with them. They give you no information on how to return the equipment until they send you a past due $1320.00 invoice with a threat to send you to collections. The absolute worst organization I have ever tried to do business with. They try to charge you and won't tell you what for, charge my insurance company (Blue Cross) an exorbitant amount each month. Continue to send supplies that would last for 3 yrs, hang up on you if you try to get answers. You sit on line for average of 15 minutes and then hang up on youafter transferring your call. I had a heart attack on Christmas eve and i was ordered to test daily but after 30 days they said they will no longer provide test strips. I still have 30 days left that my doctor wants me to continue testing for. I called them to try and figure out why they are blocking my orders for strips and they say its policy. After 30 min on the phone being passed around like a joint at a Willy Nelson concert they hung up on me. I hate that I have to go through this company but there are no other options in my area. They are a garbage company and a complete waste of time and money. read more

This company has Customer service?? Long hold times , sent to the wrong person to speak with, bad communication, wrong billings. Tried to return INR machine after 4 testings (INR) quit using as machine is a piece of SHIT. Called CS for UPS call tag 3 times ,no call tag after 2 months. I wish I could give this company zero stars because my experience has been an absolute nightmare. There is a shocking lack of structure and accountability throughout the entire organization, making it a struggle to get even the most basic services. Firstly, the communication breakdown is mind-boggling. Despite having family members as advocates, the company fails to provide a simple process for me to give them the necessary HIPAA authorization when calling in for INR results. The supplies, which are a lifeline, arrive late consistently, and the blame is conveniently shifted to unspecified "systems" without any explanation. Trying to escalate issues is like banging my head against a wall - there is no way to talk to a supervisor or anyone from the main company. Every call introduces a new challenge in obtaining supplies, with blame unjustly placed on us for not providing weekly results. It took a whopping nine months for someone to mention an app where I could upload results instead of calling in. The lack of communication, explanation, and basic customer service is beyond horrendous. To make matters worse, this company holds a virtual monopoly through Lincare, leaving customers with no alternative. I feel trapped in a web of bureaucratic red tape that's affecting my health. Clerical errors, conflicting stories, and constantly changing procedures are the norm, exacerbated by the fact that each time I call, I'm dealing with another mean person who has no sense of customer service skills This incompetence reaches new heights when dealing with billing who we can't even get on a phone call. They keep saying they need a new medicar id number when nothing has changed! Save yourself the stress and frustration - go elsewhere if you have the option. They will not talk to my son, who's my advocate and the only one they have dealt with but they put him on a daily automated call for results that they require 1 time a week. This is a PURSE SHIT SHOW of a company This company is a prime example of how not to run a business, and I fear for my own health due to their inability to provide essential supplies but yet they are making money not giving any service! Had the meter delivered and installed. After a couple weeks my MD changed my prescription so that I no longer needed the monitor. spoke via phone with an MDINR agent and told he I no longer needed it and they could come back and get it. She told me to keep it in case things change. About 6 months later I received a threatening collection letter, along with a bill for $1323.I returned the unit via UPS with a signed delivery receipt by mdINR. I sent them a copy of the receipt but have received 3 more threatening letters . If you deal with this unprofessional company, you'd beter record all conversations and save your receipts . read more

This company has by far the worst customer "service" I have encountered in my life. Call with a question on a bill, hold 20 minutes. Get switched between departments that don't have access to your full record with the company. Get cut off numerous times while waiting or being transferred. A shell game. They don't call you back and you start over. Bill said I owed money, but it also showed that they billed the wrong insurance company. Didn't pay bill since Medicare said I owed nothing. They billed me again as if I'd never called numerous times. Threatened to turn me over to a collection agency for less than $100. Still arguing with them, but they are all too incompetent to understand the numerous mistakes they have made. If you can, go anywhere else for monitoring your INR. read more

They're horrible. They keep billing me for equipment that I paid for months ago because it was lost in a move. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone, the chat feature is a bot and not a very smart one. My gut is that the company takes advantage of elderly people, figuring we're likely to pay a bill more than once if they're persistent. read more

Absolutely avoid MDINR!!! My mother has been using MDINR since 2020 when the pandemic hit. She was given an INR device because of covid. She was unable to go to her Dr office every week to check her INR. We returned her device about six weeks ago. They are still trying to charge her 1300 for it. When you call them, you are on hold for an hour just to get someone who says they can't help with what you need and give you another number to call. Or they will put you on hold without even asking for 30 minutes with no updates. Their runaround game is strong AF. I had to ask one representative three different times how to file a complaint. Called the number she gave me only to have that representative not even give me the opportunity to file a complaint. She passed me off to someone else. That representative interrupted me so many times I finally asked her if she was going to allow me to finish. She had no resolution except send me a disclosure statement to fill out. I asked her how to file a complaint. Apparently it was supposed to the woman I had just spoken to. Once again, run around game is strong. None of them take responsibility of the call. None of them have tried to find a resolution. My mother is mentally incapable of doing this call herself which is why I am her POA. They had my paperwork when we set this service up. But now, they dont? . On a three way call with my mother, the representative asked her name. She answered. She asked her birthday. She answered. She asked her my relationship to her. She answered. She asked if she could talk with me about her account. She answered. The agent then wanted my mother to say "my name is and I give you permission to speak with my daughter and my name. Wtf?? She literally just answered all your questions and you still want her to say that whole line?? My mother does not have that depth of cognitive function. She answered everything you asked her to. I thought they were going to ask her for a blood sample. It was ridiculous. But since this was the game you wanted to play, I guess we're playing. My mother is a very simple minded, backwoods, country 75 year old. You are expecting too much when you ask her to say that whole line in one sentence. And now, this device. It. Was. Returned. Plain and simple. I have contacted the BBB and will be fighting them trying to make her pay 1300 for a device that was returned. This is my first yelp review but the experience we have had with MDINR has been so bad, I wanted to warn others. There are plenty of other medical supply companies. Pick one of them. Not this one. And I truly truly wish I could give negative stars. Horrible customer service representatives, horrible service, horrible everything. 1st I have had 3 strokes since I started using this company. I found out today after being put in the hospital for my 3rd stroke that the company has cancelled my PIN number because I was testing to often, after my cardiologist told me to test every other day. They will only send me six test strips every 12 weeks. And the customer service sucks so horribly. I asked if they were willing to take responsibility if I have a stroke and die, they of course told me no, but kept saying how they can only send me 6 test strips every 12 weeks. I am looking for another way to handle my INR. They may not care but my family and I do. I have a child and not wanting to die anytime soon. I just need them to help but you can never get anything from them. read more

They are terrible. My doctor only wanted me to test my inr once a week they wanted me to test every day. I pay the bill and still get harassed wanting more money and supplies all I ever got was strips lancets no blood transfer tubes and then without notice just cancelled my service and basically deleted out of the system now leaving me with no way to check my inr read more

Apparently MDINR must have been affected by one of the cyber attacks as they were impossible to get ahold of by phone, chat or website. A Medicare agent was finally able to get ahold of them. read more

Since March 2024, I have been trying to contact this company. The hold time ranges from 1 to 2 hours then you're disconnected. They debit my account automatically but send no invoices, and are not providing testing results to my Doctor as required. They really deserve no stars. read more

This company sent a representative to our home because our doctor recommended it. I specifically asked would this cost us any money. The representative stated NO, We are on Medicare. This was in September of 2017. We did drop our secondary in that month. We did advise them of this. We recently received a bill for the monitoring w/supplies cost this January 2019. Starting in September 2017 they began charging us $29.99 twice a month. There were also few $24.9. This bill runs from Sept. of 2017 thru Nov. of 2018. We did not receive a bill this entire time over a year, then a $515.95 bill. We are on a fixed income. Also on the first date in Sept. It states secondary insurance terminated. Yet they DID NOT send a bill. So the Company knew we had no 2nd insurance. We just received a letter threatening to send us to collections. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY GIVE YOU ANYTHING. RUN FROM THEM! The only 2 phone numbers they offer are both computer phones with no way to talk with a person. If we had known we were being charged we would have cancelled service which we did promptly when we received this huge bill. read more

My father passed away 18 months ago and we informed of this multiple times over the 18 month period and they say ok but then continue to send bills. They send way to many supplies so they can excessively bill medicare. It seems like these folks are completely incompetent or dishonest. read more

As the other review, mdinr llc do let patients wait until almosts 2 years on my before they say BC/BS will not pay. They said to me when the person gave to my house and said too that 'I will NOT pay nothing as I have Medicare and BC/BS. It work very good for about 2 years and then BC/BS started denied 'SOME of bills' and then paid others with MDINR. I called mdinr and BC/BS and they both said 'don't worry', we will fix it. Well, after about 4 years I got the FIRST document I ever got with mdinr and it was a bill that said due for 247.40 and pending with insurance 299.42 (about $550) due now. This is the first bill, call or NO letter or bill until now in Oct 2019. Really. after I canceled mdinr's back in Oct 2019 they are still billing and will not send or get the device. Keep in mind, I never signed or said that I will pay nothing, and they said I will NOT PAY OUT POCKET when I got the device. I can not recommend this company. read more
