They also coordinate with your doctor to deliver a clear picture of progress and respond to any sudden changes in health. Skilled nursing visits (Miro & Michael are my nurses). Their clinicians educate and care for patients with diabetes, COPD, heart failure, Alzheimer's disease and other diagnoses. Overall, they help at home after a hospital stay so patients recover and get back on their feet after a hospitalization so they can stay in their home, live as independently as possible, and avoid future hospital stays.

Hard working and full of love. Even in my father's final days, Jamie came over to the house so we had the ability to get my father out of bed and seated looking out at the Gulf of Mexico with the doors open and a warm breeze. The in-home training was excellent. The equipment, their iPhone app and reporting to my doctor has been trouble free. My engagement with them over the phone, to set up supplies has also been excellent. At one point they sent out an auto refill order, but I was out of town for several weeks ... no problem, a replacement order was immediately shipped to my temporary address. Compared to my prior process for getting tested - traveling to a local lab - the process with MDINR couldn't be any easier. A huge thanks!

No phone calls from Home Instead or the care person. Care helper had apparently left for a personal ER abruptly. I was not able to leave home to return to work that day & had not provided my employer notice Many more crazy bad situations for us and their employees (including likely HIPPA violation) before our unbelievable finish. I would not recommend Home Instead & I feel much stress relief not trying to partner with this organization now that it is over.
