Couple of months ago, I saw her misbehaving and arguing with a customer when he was trying to return an item. At that time I didnt think any CS personnel would behave like this to anyone, rather they would go to the extent of understanding the problem. Then I got a first hand experience yesterday, she was aloof, not engaging and lecturing to the extent of ordering around. All I wanted was to return few items alongwith the tags, but she was venting at how the tag is not at the right place, it should be like this, it should be like that etc. And it was not once, every item she picked, she lectured me over and over and when I said, I know you mentioned it before, she flared and told me she will keep telling it. I really wonder if Macy's is really looking at how its customers are being treated, are they given benefit of the doubt, are they being pleasantly and politely addressed, are their needs considered - there's an intention to help and there's what you want me to do about it attitude - and sadly with this lady, its the later. The girl at the register gave me attitude and said she couldn't exchange the shirt because she couldn't find the purchase on her system.
