I sent over a quick photo of myself in my current dress jacket and collared shirt, without a tie, and was transferred to David. I explained the situation, he sent me a photograph of options, I selected one, and he arranged delivery on his way home. By 5:45, I was wearing a smart Eton tie and everyone was pleased.
