Right after we moved in Tim Bubniak redid our deck & did a fabulous job on a deck with 14 glass panels in the railing system. They all had to be removed & reinstalled which went flawlessly as did the rest of the job. We've noticed recently that our dock & slips were becoming very unstable & our very old hydro hoist, that had been modified previously, was having some very serious issues. We had Tim come out and he pointed out several of our dock stabilizers were broken and some of the bolts had "rounded" out their holes in others. We also had several flotation issues. Tim gave us an estimate for the repairs & a new hydro hoist & a date the work would be done. Everything went just as he said, the dock repairs were done the 2 days before the hydro hoist arrived & it was installed the next day. There was quite a bit of extra work his guys had to do but Tim stuck to his original bids. We couldn't be happier with the work. The dock & gangway are now level & stable and the new hydro hoist is a tremendous improvement over the old one. As a retired plumbing contractor I can't say how much Tim's professional attitude & the quality of his companies work provides for our peace of mind.
