He was able to inspect the house within 24 hours of our request and spent a thorough 3 to 4 hours going over every detail, even climbing up on the roof. There is an upcharge to include a pool inspection, but we added it because it is always better to be safe than sorry. Angel noticed things we never would have even thought to look for. After the inspection, he took the time to personally walk us through the report, answering all of our questions, and then sent a detailed copy with photos just a few hours later. Not very happy with the outcome of our inspection. We have found several issues never addressed…read morein the inspection and excuse to as why "they never had to address these issues by law." Cracked windows, foundation cracks that are seen visible to me, water faucets in the hall tub is known functional. This has been the worst inspection we have ever worked with. We purchased from out of state and trusted this company.
