His price was very reasonable; especially after getting some outrageously expensive quotes and some questionably low "11 month quotes" from other inspectors only to find out that they don't have to abide by the same new home purchase inspection standards set by the TREC. We were given a long report with pictures and recommendations which we submitted to our builder for warranty repair. Paul cut no corners and we plan on referring him to our neighbors who needs the first inspection and/or their 11 month.

To make the deal work I had to throw in a new roof at my cost, all because of this Inspector's "opinion" They also wrote up items they called "broken" or "doesn't work", which they did but the inspector didn't know how these switches worked.
